Nice rooms for 6 people, but the common areas are very small for 6 if you plan to spend time anytime hanging out at the condo. Not enough comfortable seating for 6. If you plan to just sleep here and be gone most of the time, it’s a great option.

The balcony off from the living room could have been cleaned better. There was a lot of bird droppings all over the table and deck. Also was a lot of bird droppings on the front porch. Other than that it was a great place to vacation. The townhouse was really nice.

Our stay at the rental property was fantastic. It was very conveniently located near Sugar Mountain and Beech Mountain, and the apartment was very clean. All of the items in the apartment were essentially brand new, which was a nice touch. The owners were very nice and helpful as well. Great place to stay!

Nice condo in the mountains. It's off the road, and like most places up there, quiet. Roads are paved all the way to the parking lot, although a few bumps and holes along the way, but nothing that would keep you from making it. This unit is on the far left, and has 2 sets of steps to travel to reach the front door. My parents joined me on the trip (late 60's and early 70',s) and they didn't have any issues with the steps. Unit was clean and offered what was needed. A combination of portable and window units in the bedrooms kept things cool, even with the rare 90's outside.

BUYER BEWARE. This property is NOT as advertised. The photos are misleading & make the home look much newer than it is. I booked this for my mom's 50th birthday, & it turned into a complete embarrassment.At check-in, the upstairs guest room A/C shown in the listing had been removed & a strong porta-potty smell inside, leaving the room unbearably hot. Maintenance didn't arrive until nearly 22 hrs later. We then discovered apparent black mold & major water damage upstairs, electrical issues throughout, upstairs bedroom lights that didn't work, downstairs lights flickering constantly, a kitchen sink leaking onto the floor, filthy curtains/chairs, remotes all dead & a refrigerator that didn't keep food cold, forcing us to throw away groceries.I immediately looked for another place to move our family, but everything was booked, leaving us stuck. After sending the host a detailed list of issues, we requested reasonable compensation. We were told, "I'll send it to management." Conveniently, they waited until after checkout to say NO refund or compensation would be provided. It' the embarrassment for me & lack of accountability was just as disappointing as the condition of the home. This isn't normal wear & tear; it's a property that has clearly been neglected while continuing to collect full-price bookings. f the property matched the listing, this review wouldn't exist. I have rentals as well & I'd be embarrassed by the lack of maintenance provided to guests.
