The Hut at Willoughby! Bring your boat, dock access. Located directly across from the Lake Willoughby public boat launch so you can drop your boat or kayaks in. Plenty of room to park your truck/trailer at The Hut. The cottage is cozy, furnished, 1 bedroom, 1 bath, full eat-in kitchen, absolutely lovely sun porch for sitting and watching the lake, and even stained-glass accents. Propane heater. Brand new two-tiered deck, new gravel parking area.. Across the road there is 20 ft. owned sandy beach on the lake, shared with only 1 other owner. Your very own 64 foot aluminum Hewitt dock for your boat. We also have a wood fired hot tub for your use. Small loveseat opens to sleeping space for small person or child. Please note our dock is in from late May until mid October.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

The Lake Willoughby cottage was rustic and very cozy. Comfy bed, kitchen had everything you needed for making meals. Beautiful views of lake and mountains. We enjoyed our 3 night stay !!!

I enjoyed the glassed in porch and view of the lake from it, the kitchen and bedroom. It was a great spot directly across from the lake so got to watch loon and geese every day. The place was comfortable and cozy.

Scenic Lakeside Cabin

It was a perfect getaway for a weekend. Within walking distance to Mt. Pisgah and its own dock access for Lake Willoughby. Couldn't have asked for more. I was actually surprised how well the kitchen worked. Only downside was thr shower was a bit small for a 6 ft guy.

Amazing spot!

We had a lovely stay at the hut. Communication with the hosts when a few things came up was an absolute breeze. The hut is very comfortable and clean. Shower pressure was also great! Having the private beach right there was wonderful, like your own little private oasis! We will certainly stay here again next time we are at Lake Willoughby.

My Dog and I Had a Lovely Time and The Hut

The Hut is a very nicely decorated and appointed cabin on the hillside over looking Lake Willoughby. It was the perfect size for my dog and me. Joanne is very nice, friendly, and helpful. I had a wonderful time there and highly recommend The Hut!

The Hut

The Hut is a cool place - great location, clean, 2 decks for Lake viewing, great dock to put in your kayak or Paddle board - Great sunsets - great entertainment watching the boats come in and out at the boating access. Deli/Provisions is walking distance.

Lovely little lake house

This place was perfect for a weekend getaway to Lake Willoughby. The lake was just across the road, with easy access from the boat launch and the private dock. We brought our kayaks and could be on the lake in a moment. The little cabin is clean and well equipped, perfect for a couple. I especially loved the enclosed front porch where we could watch the sunset in the evening, and read a book with coffee in the morning.

The Hut is Amazing

Rented the place in mid-oct for a second-marriage honeymoon. The place was easy to find and was set up perfectly for a two person cozy stay. House faces the sunset and has a deck and sitting porch. Brought my little boat and the boating access is across the street. We had zero issues. We would definitely come back!! Definitely worth it. 👌
