The two apartments, each about 30 m² in size are located in a quiet courtyard location in the heart of Speyer (opposite Heiliggeistkirche). The pedestrian area is about 90 meters away, the cathedral about 200 meters. All of the city's sights as well as the shops and eateries in the downtown area can be easily reached on foot. The apartment on the ground floor was completely renovated in August 2007. Seating in front of the house. Garage / parking space available at extra cost. Non smoking rooms. Baby bed on request. Pets must unfortunately stay at home.

Schöne Wohnung im Herzen Speyers!

Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig und zentral. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl geführt. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und zuverlässig. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
