Clean, spacious, and conveniently located to activities in Moab or day trips to Arches, Canyonlands, and elsewhere. We would definitely stay here again. Some nice food/entertainment discoveries include Moab Brewery, Dos Mas Cafe, and the Blu Pig, where we slipped in on a Wednesday night for some surprisingly good, free music by local performers.

The condo was perfect for our time in Arches and Canyonlands NP. It is a few miles south of town, but we enjoy being away from the busy tourist areas! The bed was comfy, everything was clean and the communication was super easy/clear! I would definitely stay again if we come back to this area!

Great property in a safe location. Very convenient to anything in and around Moab. The in ground pool was a huge bonus after our long hikes. The condo has plenty of space. We had a family of 4 but six people would be fine in this unit. Host communicated well with check in and check out instructions. We had no issues whatsoever. Highly recommend this one!

The unit was as pictured and the property management was communicative pre, during and post. The condition of the unit was poor and not well maintained. Examples including broken chair on patio deck, broken blinds on sliding glass door, missing drain stopper in primary bathroom sink, lightbulbs out in primary bathroom, and damaged baseboards. The queen size mattress was less than comfortable and the bed frame was squeaky.

Our stay for 2 nights in Moab was made even better by our time here! The pictures don’t do it justice, so much better than anticipated! Our 3 boys loved it, and the view from the patio was a nice perk! The pool and hot tub was a hit as always. Thank you for a great time during our Grand Circle Trip!

This condo was perfect. It fit the family perfectly. We used the hot tub every night after some long hikes which was really nice. It was far enough from town that it wasn’t busy, but close enough to go grab dinner or run to the store in a few minutes. I would definitely stay her again.
