Very nice, quiet neighborhood location. Nice walks around the neighborhood. Comfortable beds and a great front porch to have our morning coffee. Very well stocked kitchen with everything we needed. Already booked our next visit here.

My friends, my dog, and I had a very pleasant stay at this beautiful, comfortable house. After some initial difficulty in reaching the host a few days before check-in, communication was excellent and Richard was very helpful. The house was very clean and well cared for, and the kitchen has everything you’d need. The location is convenient and safe, and we enjoyed our walks down the tree-lined sidewalks of this older neighborhood. I really appreciated Richard’s willingness to host dogs and the good-sized backyard, which is almost fully fenced. All in all, this was a great home base for our long weekend in Fargo. Highly recommended.

Property is a beautiful traditional house. It has everything you could possibly want. The kitchen has many appliances. The lounge is comfortable. TV with Netflix, Prime etc…. . Bedrooms are good, beds very comfortable I would have no hesitation in recommending this house. We will return

Beautiful property in a safe, quiet neighborhood. For the Fargo Marathon and couldn't have asked for a better property. Host was responsive, property was clean, and our little pup enjoyed the grassy backyard (note for pet owners: while the yard is fenced, the driveway side is not. So don't think you can just let your dog run free!). Perfect place to relax, watch a movie, or take a nap. Thank you!

Everything was just as described, and Richard was excellent with communication! Everything a family could need in a rental was available— the property even gave us ideas of what else we should offer in our own rental property! We rented due to a family health situation, and this house is incredibly conveniently located just a few blocks from the Sanford Broadway Medical Center in a nice neighborhood where we felt safe walking back and forth to the hospital. Would definitely recommend for a family who had someone in the hospital longer term, a medical professional needing to be near that hospital, or anyone just wanting to be near downtown with more amenities than the downtown hotels offer. We would definitely stay here again!
