Beautiful property in a safe, quiet neighborhood. For the Fargo Marathon and couldn't have asked for a better property. Host was responsive, property was clean, and our little pup enjoyed the grassy backyard (note for pet owners: while the yard is fenced, the driveway side is not. So don't think you can just let your dog run free!). Perfect place to relax, watch a movie, or take a nap. Thank you!

Everything was just as described, and Richard was excellent with communication! Everything a family could need in a rental was available— the property even gave us ideas of what else we should offer in our own rental property! We rented due to a family health situation, and this house is incredibly conveniently located just a few blocks from the Sanford Broadway Medical Center in a nice neighborhood where we felt safe walking back and forth to the hospital. Would definitely recommend for a family who had someone in the hospital longer term, a medical professional needing to be near that hospital, or anyone just wanting to be near downtown with more amenities than the downtown hotels offer. We would definitely stay here again!

This house is set in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. The front porch was a perfect place for my morning cup of coffee with my dog to watch the neighborhood wake up. The house was clean and well stocked with everything you would need. The furniture was comfortable. There were plenty of pillows and soft blankets. The beds were comfortable and had plenty of optional blankets. The kitchen had all the essentials. The location was excellent. 10 minutes to the mall, to downtown, and to many restaurants, bars, and attractions. Parking is off the street. We all loved it. The only recommendation I would add to the house is a short handrail leading up the 4 steps into the kitchen. I am going to reach out to the host to request this too. You will not regret renting this house from this host! Thank you for a wonderful, needed getaway!

This rating should probably be lower, but I understand that everyone has bad days, and it sounds like this was the case with Richard. I don't want to ruin his good VRBO status due to a few badly timed circumstances. We were en route to the home when he called and stated the the property was ready, but there was no working refrigerator. He was tending to his siser who just had surgery and hadn't had a chance to replace the fridge yet. He stated the property was ready and there was a cooler there we could use and the housekeeper would drop off a bag of ice. We arrived and the home was nowhere near ready. Floors were dirty, beds were unmade, crumbs were on the table and chairs. We contemplated changing properties, but with Bananaball in town, nothing was available. Richard stated he would give us a credit for the inconvenience, which has not happened after three weeks. Once we cleaned the place up and settled in, we did enjoy ourselves. It is a safe, quiet area close to everything you may want to do in Fargo. I'll chalk it up to a bad day.
