Also included are beach chairs, beach towels, a beach cart, an umbrella, lounge chairs, and floaties with a pump for a day at the beach. Nice location. You can walk to some nice restaurants and beach access is right across the street. It was nice to have beach chairs, wagon, and umbrella for us to use too.

We loved staying here! Kerri was an amazing host and the place did not feel like a sterile rental. It had a very homie feel. Communication with Kerri was easy and quick. The location is amazing and so close to the beach. Would recommend not only this rental or any of Kerri's properties.

Great location in sunny Madeira Beach

The unit was clean and had everything we needed for a great getaway in the sun. The coffee shop downstairs was convenient and had great drinks and food. Several great restaurants were in walking distance as was the beautiful Gulf Coast!

Well equipped with everything we needed. The view was great and it was quite. Loved having the Sweet Brewnette close by. We enjoyed having parking available. Had a wonderful time, and we would highly recommend.

My family of 4 (2 adults, 1 teen, 1 child). stayed for 5 nights at this property. It was the perfect size for our family. Everything was clean and the kitchen had all the necessities. The public beach access is directly across the street which was very convenient. It took us exactly 14 minutes to walk to John’s Pass. The cafe/restaurant right below the condo was perfect for coffee or breakfast. We came and went throughout the day and didn’t have any issues with parking. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again in the future!

We loved this condo! It was very clean and came stocked with amenities, the only thing to be aware of is you’re on a street corner so the traffic at night can get pretty loud, other than that a wonderful stay!

Madeira Beach Condo

Peacefully Relaxing Vacation

The views of the ocean and canal, when you look out the windows, are beautiful! It is decorated in a lovely way, and all basic necessities are provided. There are beach chairs and items for the pool/ocean. The pool is great too! Kerri, the host, goes above & beyond as she is thoughtfully detailed of items that may help for a great stay! She is responsive with any questions you may have. This condo is a welcoming place to be and a tough place to leave! We truly enjoyed our vacation! Wonderful Property and Host!

The pictures are accurate except that they do not show the beautiful sunrise over the small harbor from on one side and the amazing sunset from the other side. Kerri was very accommodating on short. Price for our booking and our stay in January was terrific!
