Welcome to Paisley Pines! Come enjoy our family friendly lake home on Big McKenzie Lake where there is something for everyone! In summer months, enjoy swimming in the shallow, clear, sandy bottom waters and fishing pan fish, large mouth bass, northern pike and musky right off the dock. Guests may use our paddle boards, kayaks and pedal boat and/or bring your own boat to tie off on the dock and enjoy cruising the all-sport lake. Boat rentals are also available in nearby Siren and Shell Lake. Off the water, take a relaxing stroll, have a bonfire, or enjoy the bar and game room area featuring foosball, pool table, ping pong table topper, bubble hockey and board game collection. The kitchen is stocked with nearly every amenity and guests have use of the gas grill and big green egg grill/smoker (propane is not replaced between every guest but tanks are available at nearby convenience store and guests may be reimbursed with proof of receipt if they require replacement; charcoal is not supplied). A short walk leads to the West Point Tiki bar which is open weekends for snacks, beverages, sand volleyball, and playing on the beach. Nearby McKenzie Landing provides a nice break from meal preparation and is accessible by water, or a short drive or bike ride (renters must supply).
The property provides four seasons of fun with gorgeous leaves in fall months, and nearby UTV/snowmobile trails to take you into spring! The snowmobile trail runs right across the lake and Big McKenzie is also popular for ice fishing. The cabin is very cozy with 3 fireplaces and in-floor heat in main living area and basement level, yet also spacious enough to accommodate larger groups (up to 12 per Burnett County permitting).
Please note that this property is not handicap accessible as it does have stairs leading up to main entrance and is multi-level. There are also stairs leading down to the lake.

We had a great time and couldn't have asked for better cabin for a weekend getaway for our 4 families and dogs. Super dog friendly, excellent games to entertain the whole family and great communication from AJ. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend.
Great location. Good property.
Only downside, Lots of leaves on all the walk ways. Could have had it blown out prior to our arrival or at least had a leaf blower available.
Great house with lots of fun indoor activities. Lots of great spaces to spread out. We stayed in early spring so we played lots of games, went on walks and watched movies. It was a perfect spot for our family and our dog to gather and hang out.
Was a great place to come in and thaw out from fishing the lake all day. Playing cards and bubble hockey were a go to after dinner. If we choose this lake to fish again, can guarentee we will be back

So glad you enjoyed your time! We’d be happy to host you again!
We were a group of 5 adults and 5 children between 11 and 6 years old - and we all loved it.
We spent a bunch of time at the fire, playing games in the basement, and ending the night with games on the poker table.
Would definitely recommend - and can see us returning.
Perfect place for a long weekend away, or more. Had 2 families in the house with more than enough room for the 10 of us. Loved the outdoor firepit area, game room and beautiful lake view. Would love to come back again during the summer to enjoy everything offered.
A cozy cabin on a beautiful lake! Location is peaceful and relaxing! My family made wonderful memories and enjoyed every moment. So many things to entertain us on the property! Inside & out! I highly recommend this for a family vacation!
Fantastic place! Warm and welcoming! Enjoyed ice fishing and sitting reading a book in front of the fireplace; so peaceful. Super clean, the owner was great to work with and the place was just as described. Highly recommend this wonderful retreat no matter what season!!!!
Fun property. We had six adults and two kids under five. There are plenty of games and things to do right on the property. We enjoyed as much time inside as we did outside. Plenty of seating and space to enjoy.
Super winter retreat for our family. A lot of fun games and activities in the basement kept all of our kids (and adults) engaged and having a great time. Owner was available when we had questions that come up. Thank you!
We had a fabulous weekend at this beautiful cabin! It was just what our family of 12 needed. Tons of space to spread out for cooking, board games and pool tournaments! We snowmobiled from the property to a few different trails and had amazing weather. Kept our eyes on many large birds from the kitchen window! Thanks so much for sharing your home with us!
There is so much to do at this lovely lake house. We enjoyed use of the kayaks and paddle boards, and had a great time fishing both off the dock and from our boat. We loved the fire pit area and appreciated the abundant supply of firewood. When you’re not out enjoying the outdoors there are plenty of games to enjoy inside. The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking meals. It was a great stay and we’d definitely come back.
This house was amazing and perfect for us!! We were a family of 8 adults and had more than enough room and things to keep us busy. We went on the lake a few days fishing was good. We brought our utvs up so we did alof of trail time but had a fantastic time!! It stormed one evening but we played board games and pool downstairs.
Can’t really say enough about how great this house was. Would definitely recommend staying here and I know we will be booking another family vacation soon with them.
We had a great stay! The amenities and living spaces within were just perfect! We were hoping that we'd have some better Fall colors for our October stay, but I think we were a week or two early given the later Summer weather. Nonetheless it certainly didn't stop us from loving our time fishing off the pier, enjoying company around the firepit, dining-in and dining-out locally, and playing games around the GREAT living and game areas both upstairs and downstairs. We had a group of 4 adults, 3 kids, and 2 dogs (2 families) - we loved the space for us but could comfortably have fit another family. One of our group even enjoyed both a 5 mile and a 15 mile morning run along the beautiful Northwoods roads around the lake and nearby. We ventured out for lunches and adventures nearby, but thoroughly enjoyed slow coffee mornings and cozy evenings at Paisley Pines!
Nice lake house and in a quiet area. There is a smaller resort and rv camp site near by but they are far enough that noise isnt an issue. The house provided most things but it wouldnt hurt to stock up on your daily essentials. There was plenty of things to do inside from poker table, puzzles, pool table, ping pong, & watching tv. Good place to accommodate dogs and babies with retracting gates on the top and bottom of the stairs. Bedrooms are decent size and plenty of bathrooms. Lake access is okay because there is a flight of stairs that you need to go up and down to get to the dock. Fishing on the lake was very good. Caught majority of the time was panfish and largemouth bass. Overall a great place to stay with family and friends.
This is the most beautiful property! Everything is perfect, from the stunning fireplaces, beautiful, stocked kitchen, comfortable gathering spaces, spacious bedrooms, and outdoor firepit area. The property is gorgeous and wooded with stunning views of the lake. We enjoyed a beautiful Fall weekend. I would love to go back in the summer. The water was clear and there was a great dock area for summer water sports. The house was clean and beautifully decorated with so many special touches, like board games, pool and foosball tables in the basement...lots to do inside if the weather doesn't cooperate, and a great game table in addition to a large dining room table. I cannot say enough about this property. Everything was exactly as advertised, and the communication with the owner was great. The check-in and check-out process was a breeze. I give this property my highest recommendation! I hope that we are able to return! It was a perfect weekend! Highly recommend!
Wow, what a fantastic property!! We were lucky enough to be there in a snow fall and it was a winter wonderland. Communication was easy and prompt, home was exactly what we expected. Please don’t scroll past this one it is amazing!!!!
