Perfect. The Home and Host were top notch!

Immaculately Clean, communication with host was flawless and timely. The home was perfect; bed linens and towels were fresh and everything was neat. Everything was in working order. The pool/spa was incredible and everything outside was designed with a plan masterfully executed. Although we were off season, plenty to see and do. I’d like to keep this place a secret, it was so good. I could not be happier. My friends loved it, my wife thinks I’m a hero. Andrew, thank you. You made this the best trip ever to help us celebrate our event.

Lazy Lobster Family Vacation

The Lazy Lobster is a beautiful house with large comfortable bedrooms. Would have been nice if the family room were larger. Everyone in our group enjoyed the plunge pool on a daily basis - it was great and much larger than expected. There was plenty of outdoor seating and a very nice lawn for the children to play on. We made good of the outdoor gas grill and also enjoyed using the fire pit. House was in a great location - easy walk into town and the Marginal Way - all in all, we had a great time and created some wonderful memories in Ogunquit.

Awesome house for families - walkable to so much

This house is great for families/groups, especially those with young kids/babies. It is clean, it’s not over decorated, there are many rooms, & the family room is a separate room with a door that you can close and watch kids crawl around. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, can fit pack n plays etc. Plunge pool is heated and very relaxing. Finally, this place is an easy walk to the beach and most bars/restaurants. The host was very easy to communicate with before and during our stay.

Great Stay

Cute, comfortable, clean. Host, Andrew, was quick to reply to questions and requests. The easy to use sound system and thermostats were a nice feature, as was the app for securing house. Pool was a great feature, used twice daily, after beach before dinner and at night before bed.

I grew up in Freedom, Maine. My father was a sea kayak guide along the coast. Raising our family in Massachusetts, we took our daughters to spend a week vacation in Ogunquit almost every year while they were growing up. In 2018 we finally fulfilled our dream to own a vacation home in beautiful seaside Ogunquit!

Why they chose this property

We bought this property because it had all the room we needed to invite grandparents, kids and friends to spend vacation with us! Plus we can leave the cars in the driveway and walk everywhere in town. This is such a delight, and transports us instantly into 'vacation mode!' We outfitted the house with a large dining room table for gathering, all the modern conveniences, a heated year round in-ground plunge pool for cooling off after the beach, or warming up with a glass of wine and music after the sun goes down or in the shoulder seasons (and even in the winter, with the water at 102 degrees!). All the space, all the ease of a nearly new home, with the ultimate access of walking to everything. That is why we bought this house!

What makes this property unique

Though fully connected to the grid, rooftop solar offsets all the electricity needs of the house over the course of a year. A Tesla PowerWall at the home provides seamless power backup in the event the grid is ever interrupted for any reason, like a stray thunderstorm. A Level 2 EV Charger is next to the driveway for convenient charging of your vehicle. Stories around the outdoor gas firepit at night are a treat, as are lobster bakes enjoyed at the outdoor dining table!
