While AWD/4WD is recommended in winter for snow or ice and helpful in warmer months, it’s not required. The road is a one-way loop, making navigation straightforward.

I grew up in a small town outside of Charlotte, NC. I went to college at NCSU but visited Boone a lot as I had many friends attend ASU. I currently work in the construction industry and enjoy doing projects at the house in my spare time.
Why they chose this property
Alpine Ridge has a great location. We are a close drive to the Blue Ridge Parkway, downtown Boone, Valle Crucis, Blowing Rock, and many other towns. This puts you in close to hiking, shopping, skiing, and everything else this area has to offer. The property itself has space for everyone to be together or separate out. Game room is awesome for kids/adults to be playing games while others watch the big game.
