We had a wonderful time! Property was extremely clean and kitchen & bathroom was very well stocked! We enjoyed playing some of the games too. The quick walk to the beach was great. Would definitely recommend!

The house is absolutely immaculate. Great location if you want to relax & unwind. I absolutely loved watching the sunrise & sunset from the balcony.I will definitely return.

Jeff was a wonderful host! Very responsive with all questions we had. The place was cozy, and had everything we needed. Please be aware toaster says available upon request. And the only TV is in one of the bedrooms. That didn't bother us at all! Enjoyed walking along the beach and birding in the surrounding nature preserves! Saw a beautiful sunset with a full rainbow!

What a wonderful find. The place was very clean and host was responsive and easy to communicate with. This house is tucked into a quiet NJ fishing town. Sitting on the deck, listening to the birds and feeling the breeze off the bay was amazing. Could not have been better!

The house was spotless, and had everything you would possibly need. It was decorated beautifully in a nautical theme. The views were amazing, you could see the sunrise and sunset from the house. We had a wonderful relaxing few days, and are already talking about going back.

This house was such an unexpected delight. My wife is pregnant and we decided this summer to take small weekend trips. This was definitely one of our favorite stops. The house was so calming. Classical music playing when we opened the door. Going to sleep hearing the old clock ticking. Watching ospreys flying in the backyard. Absolutely the best.The owners took really good care to make sure you’re comfortable. My wife’s blood sugar dropped during the night and I made her oatmeal that was provided by the owner. It was a lifesaver! I would highly recommend this house for your stay!!

Jeff was a great host. He provided lot's of very helpful communication before we arrived. I had a perfect getaway with my brother and my sons.The house location was outstanding! A very short walk from the beach. Jeff had a cool set of weather info panels in the house, including one that showed tide status. This was really convenient so that we could plan our beach time around low tide and have a bigger beach area to play on. The water was insanely warm.The house was very nicely arrangd and the bathroom had tons of extra shower towels, beach towels, and soaps. The washer / dryer was excellent! The kitchen was really nicely renovated with tons of space and a big island. It was a perfect setup for my vacation.The greenhead flies are no joke! But Jeff warned us and highly suggested long-sleeve white shirts. We also grabed some non-DEET bugspray. We wore pants whenever we weren't in the water. These all seemed to work pretty well. The only complication was a faulty refrigerator. Jeff already communicated that he's getting it replaced. On our way out of town we stopped at Maureen's roadside bakestand. We had 2 outrageously good loaves (zucchini chocolate chip / pumpkin). If you're in the area... you have to stop by.

I can’t say enough good things about this stay. Truly one of my best experiences through VRBO and others. Everything was PERFECT! We loved it and wish we could have stayed longer. The hosts were so helpful and kind. The views were beautiful, and the home was immaculate. It was quiet and peaceful. My daughter who is 7 months old actually enjoyed the grandfather clock lol. :) we can’t wait to come back when we have another race weekend. Thank you again for a cozy stay Jeffrey and Melanie!

Amazing location: you can look out on the water at the front and watch the sun rise over the wetlands from the bedrooms. Beach is nearby The house is very comfortable, everything seems new and there are lots of amenities and attention to details. It was clear the hosts want to make sure you have everything you need and have a good stay. Jeffrey was very nice and great with communication. Can’t recommend it highly enough.
