Family room has golf course views with desk area and multiple seating. Open game room with foosball & lounge area. Private den with pull out couch. Large screened lanai surrounded by tropical plants plus an inviting front porch to watch for birds and butterflies. Be on I-4 or I-75 within 10 minutes. Eateries, shopping nearby. Welcome!

SLEEPING: master bed 1 has a king and an en suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is oversized with a king bed. Bedroom 3 has a twin bed & vanity area, Bedroom 4 has a pull out couch. EATING: The kitchen is fully furnished with snack bar, large dining room with table for 6 or 8 if you pull up the spare chairs, patio table in back with gas grill. PLAYING: Game room offers board game table, foosball, reading corner. Family room offers plenty of seating, puzzle table. WiFi and Streaming is available. Outside your are welcome to load the feeders and birdwatch (seed provided) or visit our fairy garden. Be Careful of wayward golf balls! This golf course is private- the views are gorgeous. WORKING: Dedicated work space in the family room. Full size laundry room and mud sink.
