Welcome to a 3 bedroom beautiful home within walking distance to Elon University and Alamance Country Club and near the border with Burlington.
The house is located in central Elon, close to all amenities, restaurants, malls, and groceries just a 5 minute drive away. Additionally, Downtown Burlington is just a short drive away, it only takes 15 minutes to get to Greensboro, 15 minutes to Tanger Outlets, 20 minutes to Chapel Hill, and 30 minutes to Durham and Raleigh.
The house has all the essentials you need for a comfortable stay: Wifi, TV, Netflix, Paramount, Hulu, AC, and a workspace. Bathroom has soap, shampoo, conditioner, and hair dryer. Linen and towels are also provided. Kitchen has a stove, fridge, dishwasher, pots and pans, knives, utensils, silverware, plates, bowls, coffee maker, microwave, and kettle.
Access to full space except for the garage. The driveway can fit 4 cars.

We had an excellent stay at this property. The house was spotless on arrival, and the beds were very comfortable, which made it easy to unwind. It’s set in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful surroundings, and the home itself is very spacious. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and there were lots of thoughtful amenities throughout the house. We had a beautiful stay the home was located right off the road where there is easy excess to all restaurants and shopping area. The home felt like home away from home very spacious. I will share all bedrooms are located upstairs which worked well for our family.

Elon student visit

Great location, quiet, spacious, clean. My sister and I were visiting my son at Elon. The location is close to campus, less than 10 minute walk to Historic neighborhood. Quick drive as well. Plenty of inexpensive Ubers as an option. We both said we would return to this property. Much more comfortable than the local hotels.

Great and convenient stay!

We had a great stay. The property is just as listed. We were in town for AAU JO and wanted somewhere close-- despite a late start to finding a rental home. Though this home was about 26 minutes away from Aggie stadium, the drive was totally okay. The home is perfectly located near grocery, shopping, and restaurants. The area was less congested than staying in Greensboro. The home was spacious and comfortably accommodated our week long stay. The home is located in a nice neighborhood (never saw them -ha) and was safe and quiet. We only had one neighbor. We were on the corner near the road, but not a problem at all. There was a bike/walking trail which was nice for the cooler evenings. There are only two Tv's in the home (living and master room) (seems to be normal among the rentals we have stayed in), but we came prepared for that. The rooms are nice sizes, master very spacious. We had a couple minor hiccups while in the home, but owners were very responsive and easy to work with. The home is really nice. Overall great stay, would stay again in the future.
