Tanpa Villa will create a true Tampa experience you won’t forget. Walking in you'll notice all the local art decorating the house. An open layout making it great for friends and family to all gather comfortably. The main entrance includes a large dining table, sleek kitchen, large living room, along with even foosball and other games. A long hallway leads towards the second living room and private backyard. The hallway has access to the 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and laundry unit. Outside is completely fenced in for full privacy. Outside is setup with more games like pingpong, corn hole, and Giant Jenga. A grill and 2 picnic tables ready for cookouts, or enjoy a small bistro seating great for your morning coffee or tea. Enjoy the evenings with Edison lights illuminating the backyard, or in the enclosed carport to enjoy a fire and seating. Besides the houses amazing features, The location is walking distance to the zoo, river access or to the park. Close to many restaurants, downtown, and bush gardens. We stayed here with our group prior to boarding for our cruise. It was a cute and plenty of room for our group of 9. We were short some linens and our host was responsive and brought additional linens timely. The back yard area was cute and we played ping pong and corn hole.

Best rental in Tampa!

My friends and I stayed here for a reunion and we are so glad we did. The house was super nice and made having a good time extremely easy with the location and all of the amenities it has to offer. Would love to stay again and would definitely recommend it.

Gorgeous getaway

This was the best rental I’ve gotten so far! The house was amazing and it had so many fun activities for my friends and I to enjoy. But the best part was how great the hosts were. They were so kind and answered all questions I had, they made me want to come back before I even went! We would definitely stay with them again! 10/10 experience

Overall a good property and a good stay. The house is an obvious rental flip but the owners made sure that the decor isn’t bland. Great communication and easy check-in/check-out. The only drawbacks were the sleeping arrangements. The 2 twin beds are actually a bed and a trundle. More than half my group was over 40 and no one wanted to sleep in a trundle a few inches off the floor. Both sofas were supposed to pull out into beds but one was missing a piece needed to properly expand and the other had obviously used sheets on it. Clean linens were scarce as well. We made do but it detracted from an otherwise very pleasant stay.

This properties location is fantastic for people who want to have fun while visiting. It has an open floor plan allowing families and friends to gather comfortably. Plenty of outdoor room for fun and games and good evenings. The house is great for quick rides downtown, or even closer to the attractions like the zoo down the street, or amusement park a few minutes away. Still Tampa being close enough for beach visits, it just fits perfectly for a Rental for all to enjoy.
