Any one who books through VRBO acknowledges and agrees to the City of Oceanside Guest Responsibilities :
1. Parking. Vehicles shall be parked in garage, driveway, and on-site designated parking
spaces whenever possible. Please avoid parking on street if on-site parking is available.
No vehicles shall be parked on a designated fire lane nor block or restrict access to adjacent
properties.
2. Occupancy. The maximum number of occupants shall be two adults per bedroom plus two
people per unit (including children).
3. Daytime Guests. The maximum number of daytime guests allowed in a STR unit shall be 10 guests, regardless of bedroom count. Daytime guests are allowed between 7am and 10pm.
4. Noise. Any disturbing, excessive, or offensive noises as defined in Section 38.17 of the
Oceanside City Code shall be prohibited between the hours of 10pm and 10am.

We had a fantastic time and look forward to returning! My only feedback is that we did not get a response on our initial message to the host at the time of booking for several weeks. I also had messaged and texted requesting a late check out the night before and did not get a response until it was almost time to check out. We had hoped to pay extra for the day (checkout in the late afternoon), but ended up packing and leaving slightly after 10am since we did not get confirmation.

Awesome stay

Right on the strand so you can hear the waves crashing! Stairs to the left to walk down to beach. Plenty of room for our Thanksgiving fiesta!! 3 large bedrooms with king beds. Recommended!

Fun in the sun

We had a great time! The place was spacious and airy. The three king beds were handy for three adult couples. People were all friendly and we even spotted the infamous trench coat guy!
