The house was absolutely everything we were looking for and probably the nicest place you could stay in Oceanside. We're already planning on coming back! Excellent place!

Jason was a pleasure to work with, and the property is as gorgeous as the pictures. It really was an incredible experience from booking the place to checking out. I stay at a lot of short-term rentals, and out of the likely dozens I have stayed at in the past few years, this one might be the best, but definitely in the top three. Five stars all around!

We stayed at Jason’s place at the Mid-District property for my graduation celebration from May 15th to May 17th, and we truly enjoyed our stay. The place looked exactly like the pictures, which made us feel very comfortable and confident in our choice. The beds were cozy and comfortable, and the views were absolutely amazing. Everything was clean, peaceful, and welcoming. It was the perfect place to relax and celebrate such a special occasion. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

We were visiting Oceanside for a wedding but decided to make it a family beach vacation. The penthouse had everything you could ask for and more! The location, the views, the access to the beach, the comfy bedrooms, large kitchen and living areas, beach supplies, etc. were all perfect. Other family members rented the lower unit which was wonderful for visiting and entertaining. The underground parking and elevator were convenient for moving in luggage and groceries. We will definitely stay here again, thank you Jason!
