Nick's house was perfect for our weekend trip to Minnesota. There were plenty of beds and the kids had their own floor! The neighborhood park was a nice surprise. Nick was great with communication.

Nick was great to work with and the property was exactly as described. The location and space was perfect for our group of 7 (four adults and three kids). We would be very comfortable staying here again.
