Great holiday family vacation

Location and property were excellent. We had 4 adults and 2 children and there was plenty to do. Nice quiet neighborhood and access to the Cabana Club was a great bonus.

Great home-Great location

We loved this property, plenty of room, great outdoor space short walk to the Cabana Club. It would have been nice to have ceiling fans in the bedrooms or table fan. 3rd bedroom did not have a TV. We will for sure stay here again.

Very comfortable house

Very comfortable house. Great location. You can walk/bike to the beach and pool. As well as several bars and restaurants. Beds are comfortable, nice size living room and outdoor space. Kitchen is very well stocked with dishes, glasses and cooking utensils. Very nice arrival/start up package. Lots of towels and linens. We would stay again.

Key colony beach vacation

Nice, clean updated home. Great location. Very nice manager. The glass interior doors could use shades. If one person is up, everyone is up. This was difficult as we had early risers, stay up laterers, get up during the nighters. Short walk to beach/pool, public pickleball/tennis courts.

Great place!

My family of four absolutely loved this home. It’s spacious, clean, and has a fully stocked kitchen. Usually when we travel, the mattresses alway have a huge hole in the center or are worn out terribly. I slept like a baby in this bed! My children loved their rooms as well. The only negative was there were remnants of black dog hair here and there and I thought pets were not allowed. We will definitely stay here again.

Family Cove stay

The home was lovely but we had some issues. The property did not return any of our texts regarding no toilet paper, a slow draining tub, and cleaning supplies. I asked about a dust pan for the broom and counter spray to clean up and the 4 texts i sent were never responded to. The Hot tub also needs servicing as the jets on one side of it were not working and the bikes were not in great shape either.

Great location

Very clean lovely unit with a small porch on front. Great neighborhood with the beach club privileges made the trip even better. Bikes, beach towels and starter kit of supplies were great. Excellent location for exploring different parts of the Keys and a lot close by as well. Downsides- the doors, including the front door, were glass, which meant direct view into the home from outside with no curtain etc. which was kind of weird esp at night. Also the inside bedroom doors didn’t block out any light so if someone had lights on anywhere in the house it was bright everywhere. Also hot water in the master shower would run out after about 2 minutes. The second bathroom hot water was fine. Overall a beautiful unit with everything needed to have a great trip!

The place is really nice. Everything in information as good as expected. The jets stopped working on the hot tub. king size bed sheets did not have have any elastic to stay on bed. Be careful with bikes my son was inflating tires and felt leaks. The kitchen needs more accessories. I bought pasta strainer as saw previous review and left there. Propane should invilve renters.But with everything considered it was worth the cost. Please replace sheets!!!!

Christmas holiday with the family in Key Colony Beach

We had a lovely stay at this new, comfortable, quiet, conveniently located property. Our party included myself, my husband, two adult sons and one son’s girlfriend. We cooked a lot of meals at the house (yummy local seafood from D&D Seafood in Marathon). The living room - dining room- kitchen area is an open space which made for a great family time- comfortable for all of us. Everyone enjoyed our times using the property membership at the Cabana Club, which was just a short walk or bike ride. Staff there was exceptional. The pool is very refreshing. Small but nice beach front. We used the hot tub - very nice after a long day of cycling and playing pickleball at a nearby park(4 nice courts). The grill was great and we used it several times during our stay. We found the location had many activities for our group nearby: We spent a day at Bahia Honda State Park (snorkeling trip was great), Fishing trip from a marina charter boat in Marathon, pickleball at the KCB park, a day in Islamorada, a day in Key West, Robbie’s Marina, biking to Curry Hammock State Park and sunsets at Sunset Park. The property had a little Christmas tree set up which was perfect for our adult family Christmas celebration. Everyone had a relaxing grand time. I would recommend this property!

Fantastic Place

We loved staying here! It was very clean, which is very important to us. The hot tub and pool/beach access were great. The beds were comfortable. We loved the outside patio. We spent many evenings hanging out down there. There were more bike available then listed and we enjoyed talking them out a couple times. The neighborhood was fantastic. Quiet and slow paced. The neighbors were friendly. All of the instructions that were provided were clear and easy to follow. It was really a fantastic place. There are quite a few stairs to climb to get in so if you have trouble with that, be aware but that wasn't a problem for us. The only con we found was that it only supplied very basic things. I'm pretty sure I remember reading in the listing that we would need to provide extras so just be aware of that when booking.There are no wash cloths in the kitchen or bathroom, there was no strainer when we made pasta, the only toilet paper was the rolls on the holder, no ziplock bags etc.There were a couple of small things provided when we arrived though, a small dish soap and a small laundry detergent. A couple of dishwasher pods, a small drink cooler. So it's not completely bare or anything, but there were some things we had to buy.
