Key Colony Beach 2 BR 2 BA half duplex with canal & cabana club access.
2/2 half duplex located on West Ocean Dr in Key Colony Beach. This unit has a king bed in the primary and two twins in the guest room that can combine to a king. This 936 sq. Ft home comfortably sleeps 4 people maximum. (Larger groups please inquire for second property). You will have Cabana Club membership which has a private beach, salt water pool and hot tub. Central AC, propane BBQ, internet, cable, TV in primary and living room, kayak, and a fully equipped kitchen. House theme is Flamingo. Tastefully decorated throughout with Flamingos.
Pets under 25lbs may be considered with a pet fee. Please ask prior for approval and fee.
**Please note that this home does not have dockage for your boat but if you wish to bring your boat on the trailer and park it in the driveway, you may. **
Key colony beach park features includes a 9-hole golf course, walking and jogging course, children’s playground, horseshoes, bocce ball, tennis and basketball courts.
