Disliked: Communication, listing accuracy

Very bad communication

Host would not respond to messages had to call then wait for hours to hear back. The listing is very misleading because it is listed as a house but in fact is a duplex. There is pealing paint in the master bath and several places needing repair i.e. the return air vent is falling off.
