This secluded estate overlooks one of the most precious Cenotes/Springs in the Wakulla Aquifer system. A “Cenote” translates as “Karst window” because it is an underground river where the land has opened up to create the window in which we can enjoy these mystical waters. The water is pristinely clean due to being filtered from the limestone underground making it one of the cleanest waters to swim in.
The property provides a private dock to the spring making it a beautiful and serene space to enjoy the water & sunshine. During the drier (no rain) months, the spring is crystal clear and fun to explore with goggles/snorkel. We cannot guarantee the weather or the clarity of the water. Please don't knock our ratings for things we cannot control. <3
Sit on the dock during sunrise or sunset to enjoy these refreshing mystical waters. Or bring your binoculars and be on the lookout for wildlife from the comfort of the dock. Woodpeckers, swallowtail birds, and hawks are nearby residents in the area daily

Check in was so easy, Nature was just beautiful, location to everything you need was very convenient. Nice relaxing time away. We did everything from Deep sea fishing to Wakulla springs and St Marks, Panacea area.
This was a great escape from the FSU crowds! We got to explore Wakulla springs for the first time and did their boat ride, fantastic if you’ve never been! The property shared with other guests was great! Perfect kitchen space and sleeping arrangements for the 3 of us! Quick and easy to get back n forth to see the game and my son! So much better than the hotels around the campus! And their dog was so sweet! Hopefully we can rent this more the next 2 years with more fsu visits! Thanx for everything!
Worked out well, enjoyed the quietness.Long time owner vacation rentals, just a couple comments. Refrigerator door hinged wrong side.Door is universal, and can swing either way. Up early , while in shower and all covered in soap the water stopped. Expect the water /salt system was recharging it self. After a few minutes it started to flow and was able to complete my shower. Check timer and set for earlier time . Very nice place , well appointed.
Since there isn't enough room for me to write everything. Here is the short version. Cleaner didn't show the 1st day of our stay do to emergency, owner said she cleaned the home. Home was dirty top to bottom when we came in the next morning. We chose not to stay 1st night to give her a chance to clean it. Only stayed 1 of 3 nights, Power went out on our 2nd day and never came back on so left early. Owner also accused me of going into her other two properties that i did not have access to. I told her there were other people on the property during our stay and she acted like I was supposed to know that no one else should be there during our say. She Told me that she was going to issues a full refund. Vrbo says that she has yet to do that. This could be a wonderful place. With some love, the right cleaner and handyman. I own a local cleaning company and owner asked me if i wanted to clean for her. But after no refund and being accused of entering her other properties without permission. I chose not to work with this host. I still want my refund and it needs to be paid back to me asap. All my husband and I wanted was a few nights away to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary and my 41st birthday. We could have looked past the dirty home to a point. But being accused of something we did not do and then no refund is completely unacceptable. This is my 1st neg review and I hate that I have to leave one. No toiletries were left for us toilet paper, paper towels ex...
We loved everything, Alexis was the sweetest and made sure we settled in okay. Zula was amazing too, she’s really good at frisbee. The spring was beautiful! Overall the stay was nice, secluded, and serene.
This property was secluded, but close enough to town. Very cute little apartment, very clean, and the owner was super sweet and accommodating. One of the best parts of our short getaway was Zula, the Australian shepherd “co-host” 😊 Also about 10 minutes from wakulla springs park where we got to see manatees!
