Newly remodeled home offers full privacy and use of the entire living space on just about 4 acres of private property that also has access to public lands. Home has plenty of room to park multiple vehicles, RVs, trucks and trailers. Private hot tub to enjoy after a long day of hiking the countless trails surrounding the area. Northern lights can be seen from the front porch or back patio. A full kitchen allows for meals and cocktails to be made without spending extra money eating out. Hiking, ATV riding, snow machining, biking, gold mine visits, fishing, aurora viewing , rock hounding, snow shoeing , sight seeing and much more are right out the back door or a short drive away from this centrally located home right on Hatcher Pass.
Home is equipped with WIFI for remote working, social networking, etc. The home is also near a cell tower so sever is great. TVs allow you to login to your own streaming accounts so you can cuddle up on the couch after a long day of adventures and watch your favorite shows.

This home is located on Hatcher Pass. A 49 mile mountain pass in the Mat-Su Valley. During the summer months visitors can take to the slopes where there are plenty of places to hike, fish, pick berries, gold pan, or visit Independence Mine State Historical Park. Winter Activities include, sledding, snowmobiling, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and much more.
Willow is also the official starting place of the Iditarod Dog Sled Race along with other smaller local dog sled and snow machine races!
