Enjoy relaxing by the sparkling pool or let the kids have a blast at the nearby playground. After a day at the beach, unwind on the patio while soaking up the Florida sunshine. Enjoy listening to the sounds of the gulf while lounging outside on the nice back patio or grilling in this desirable gulf-side community's common area. The tennis courts are well kept and provide hours of fun and exercise. There are laundry facilities onsite and even a clubhouse available to rent for special events. The Chateau La Mer neighborhood is located on Scenic Highway 98 along the coast and has no through-traffic, which is greatly appreciated by families with kids.

We enjoyed our stay in this cozzy and comfortable condo. Natalie was very helpful and kind. My boys enjoyed the swimming pool a lot. My wife and I love cooking and found anything we needed in the kitchen. We plan to come back next year.

Destin Beach Getaway!

I was a little hesitant about this rental because it had no reviews. My husband said just book it, and we did! Glad we did, we were very pleased..condo looks newly renovated/ remodeled. EVery room was beautifully decorated, beach like inspired just as shown online. Upon arrival it was dark so it was a bit hard to figure out that the condo sat further back in the complex right across from the pool, we contacted the host and he guided us in with no problems. The beds were comfy and everything was clean.the kitchen was well stocked, the linens ,cleaning items if needed.it was like being at home. Private beach access right next door to capt Dave’s restaurant ( which also had good dinner)perfect location on scenic highway.!we had a minor issue w the keypad on the door going offline and locking us out of the condo,spoke w the host and he fixed the issue immediately. The private beach access code did let us onto the beach,although at times the code didn’t work to let us back out. We had figured that two gates down the door had access to come and go due to it being taped over the lock, so we were able to get out that way..all in all the condo was perfect in every way.
