Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay within some steps from the beach. This house has amazing views. During your stay bring your boat and use the public boat ramp at Latimers boat launch within 9 minutes from here. Make lifetime memories by walking on the beach and enjoy the landscape by canoe. We have a canoe that you can use in your stay at no charge for two or three people. Do not grab oyster bags from beach.
The space;
This house offers you 3 full bath, and one half bath, a long balcony around the house , 2 queen beds, one sofa queen bed, one king bed, two twins and a crib bed for a toddler upon request. This house accommodates well 10 people. Also, you will find an equipped kitchen ready to cook your favorite dishes and a dining room. Relax sitting at every corner of this house and enjoy the morning sunshine being outside or the evenings at the fireplace.
Exterior: Enjoy the Sauna for 6 to 7 people.
Other things to note:
Additional 2 acres to park your boat next to the barn or a camper. Let us know if you are bringing your boat or need to park a car at the barn.

A lovely place

We had a lovely stay. The house is spacious and comfortable. The views are amazing. Lots of things to do with the firepit, sauna, watercraft and air hockey. We had a wonderful time staying here.

Great beach birthday location

3 Generations of Family

We had a lovey stay by the beach. Wildlife was delightful to watch, deer, racoons and birds. We collected shells, went swimming and boating, and long walks. Host was friendly and very helpful.

A very nice trip

There were some complications initially related to scheduling once those got worked out everything was great, and Pamela was very easy to communicate with. The property is lovely and serene. We had a wonderful time and recommend the property to anyone.

The location is beautiful and peaceful. The access to the water is great. The kitchen was well stocked with necessary cookware and serving materials. We made several meals. The photos and descriptions match the property. The only complaint (very minor) was that the driveway was a bit tricky to find; the dark numbers on the wooden sign were hard to spot.
