This property was in a great neighborhood, and near some of our favorite restaurants. Debbie (the host) makes sure that you know exactly what is expected of you as a guest. The house was very clean, which was appreciated, since I felt like she cared about taking care of her guests. First time I didn't go through the property and clean the bathrooms, door handles, etc. This aspect wa a 10 in my book!!! :) The decor was lovely and the beds were VERY comfortable. The bathooms were spotless, and had "real" fluffy towels!!!! Yay! Washer and dryer and everything you would need to cook a meal. We did not cook much, except for two simple breakfasst. I was a little nervous about cooking in the kitchen, since it had butcher block counters and I wasn't sure if they would stain or not. I'm used to marble counter tops which are very durable. The tables throughout are distressed, and lovely, and you must use coasters to prevent damage and water marks, and no eating in the living room. There is a lovely dining room table though. Totally get the coaster rule, and not eating in the living room, but it was a bit intimidating at first. :) It was minor, in llight of all the benefits of staying in a lovely home, and way better than a hotel! Treat your VRBO home like you would your own. It's a good rule to go by. :) We always try to leave our VRBO home in order when we leave. Thank you, Debbie for a very comfortable stay and a very clean home! We hope to return! :)

Very nice place close to downtown. My friend was selling his paintings at the Art show in the park. We had a great time. House had everything needed to cook & loved the big comfy bed!
