Luxury Villa - Pura Vida

We absolutely loved our Villa Time! Not only was the home beautiful and well-equipped, the pool was amazing and easy beach access within a very short walk. Tamarindo area restaurants and shops were great. Can't wait to return and spend more time exploring beautiful Tamarindo and Playa Langosta. Pura Vida!

Great location very clean. Nice pool. Close to the beach. Close to town. Walking distance to most places. Plenty of howler monkeys life on property. Would rent again

Thank you for choosing to stay at the Villa Cerca Del Mar 1. This beautiful 3 BDR Mediterranean style villa is perfect for a relaxing vacation, in the quiet neighborhood of Langosta, across the street from the beach and close to Tamarindo -1 mile. You will enjoy early morning walks around the blocks and or on the beach at low tide. Can't miss the beautiful sunsets there, too! The home is comfortable and very welcoming, with every detail finely chosen in the decoration. It has everything for 6 guests to make a stay successful. A/c in every room, a full kitchen, hot water, cable TV, internet, and laundry amenities. The private pool on the back is a fantastic addition. Free outside parking at this property.

Villas Cerca Del Mar paradise!

Amazing! We had a wonderful stay. The villa was beautiful and had everything we needed. We were directly across from the Playa Langosta beach and enjoyed many beautiful sunsets as well as beach time. Tamarindo is close enough to walk but our golf cart got us around. Local Playa Langosta restaurants, including the Surf Club, El Sapo, Side Bar and Fish and Cheeses were among our favorites. We also enjoyed many excursions and road trips (Monteverde, LaFortuna, Manuel Antonio, ziplining, waterfall hikes). It was an amazing 6-month adventure for us. Thank you RPM for your services and for ensuring our stay was comfortable.
