Playa Langosta is a high-end neighborhood in Tamarindo, Surrounded by multi-million dollar homes and exuberant nature, this is the best place for vacations.
It is located a short 2-minute drive on a brand new cement road or a 15-minute walk where you will be able to see monkeys and exotic birds along the way.

The beach has tide pools perfect for little kids to discover colorful fish and your occasional octopus.
Towards the estuary (less than 100 from the public entrance) you have calm and refreshing waters with plenty of shade and right in front of it you have the local's favorite surf spot, It is common to see lots of people with their surfboards walking around or even in their bicycles.

There is a store with all the products you need and 3 restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

This Mediterranean style villa features three bedrooms, each with en suite bath, and blends natural exotic hardwoods with beautiful tiled floors. The villa is fully furnished with custom hand-crafted teak and Guanacaste furniture inside and out. Your vacation experience is further enhanced by a rear terrace with BBQ, and a sparkling private pool nestled within the villa’s private courtyard.

From the moment you enter, the craftsmanship is evident throughout this charming 3 story villa. The living room and dining areas fill with light from the many teak framed windows. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and countertop tools, including coffee maker, toaster and blender. Also on this level are a powder room and a stacked washer and dryer.

On the second level, the primary king bedroom boasts a private balcony to enjoy your morning coffee, and a second king bedroom features a small library and work space, and can be converted to twin beds. The third level features a queen bedroom with en suite bath and a beautiful open air sitting room perfect for enjoying afternoon breezes while sipping cocktails.

Great property!

Great property within walking distance to amazing restaurants. The pool gets sun all day with lots of shade areas around it. Located in a quieter area so that was nice. Also a small supermarket is steps away. We loved our stay here!

The villa is fully stocked and has everything you need to pretend you live in Costa Rica for a while. :) We walked across the road to the beach to watch the sunset almost every night. We also enjoyed the courtyard in the back of the villa every morning. The bed was so comfortable that my husband wanted to buy the same one back home. I also want to mention that Lola and Josef at the rental agency were incredibly helpful. We needed to change our reservation dates, and they were able to accommodate this change. We are very grateful for their help!

The rooms are nice and there is plenty of space. The only challenge was the AC on the second floor could not keep up during the day. The bottom and third floors were perfectly chilled. The location is great if you want to be a little outside of the chaos. You can walk right across the street to Langosta beach, but it is the Ricky part. It’s still pretty and the kids enjoyed exploring the rocks. If you stay here, I would get a car to get places. I definitely recommend this place.

Great property and a fun time

We were really happy with the property. It's very spacious, and we enjoyed the private pool in the backyard. It was also logistically really easy to get around by foot or a ride share app. We had a few minor house issues that arose (broken toaster, for example) and the property management company remedied quickly.

RPM are excellent property managers!

Our first time in Costa Rica, and we all loved it. Friendly people, gorgeous beaches and lots of adventure. Josef at RPM was wonderful and set up the best excursions and surfing lessons for our group. Communication was fantastic. I would definitely seek out a RPM managed property in future, it's lovely to have the built-in assistance to plan your trip. Thanks again!

Amazing Stay!

The property is perfectly located to the fun town of Tamarindo, not too far, and just around the corner to avoid the traffic congestion due to the busy New Year's Eve celebrations. The condo was spotless upon our arrival, the air conditioning worked fabulously throughout the house and the pool was a perfect cooling off station for coming back from a hot day of excursions or day at the beach. The staff was extremely helpful and always responded in a timely manner. When we arrived the first night very late, we were struggling with the gate code but the night time security gentleman was helpful and welcoming after he checked our credentials. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property to anyone, we had an awesome week! FYI-let the staff book your excursions! The one they booked for us (an all day water slide, zip lining, horseback ride, spa experience was the BEST we had!) They book the best companies and the van will pick you up right at the condo.
