 ·     turn off the propane gas tank valve to the grill, if used. ·      close all blinds and ensure remotes are in the proper room.

Perfect Sedona retreat

Casa Cervata was the perfect spot for our family vacation. The house is spacious, well appointed, beautifully decorated and the location is just right. We did a lot of hiking and it was a wonderful place to come back to and relax.

We enjoyed staying at this home. It was very comfortable and the location was quiet but not far from uptown restaurants. Several trails are a short walk and others just a short drive.

We visited Sedona and had a wonderful stay. The house was located in a quiet neighborhood yet close to all shopping, restaurants and hiking. We could actually walk to Cathedral Rock. The house was super clean, spacious and well equipped. Sophia was very attentive and a great host! Love to stay there again.

A beautiful well appointed home with a location that can’t be beat! We could hike from here to several trails and also drive into the heart of Sedona within 10 minutes. Our stay at Casa Cervata was fantastic!

This house is just outside the hustle and bustle of “downtown” Sedona. It’s located in a quiet, nice neighborhood. The house was super clean, and spacious. The kitchen is very nice, and well equipped. The house has been recently remodeled, and it looks better than the great photos here. You wont be disappointed with this one. I recommend.

Weekend Stay in Sedona for 4 adults

The property was perfectly sized for 4 adults although there was additional room for children. The entire house was wonderfully appointed, the kitchen was very very nice and the outdoor area was landscaped professionally. Morning coffee outside in the gardens was a perfect start to the day. Easy access to trail head directly from the house and a very short drive to town. The beds and linens were top notch.

Was a good stay with a terrible start. Having to sit outside at a nearby park with 8 people ( 3 kiddos ) for over 2 hours after check in time. once we were able to get inside it was a nice clean home with the exception of the broken spoon holder on the counter. NO A/C but listed stated as much. HOT tub didnt get hot until the end of the 2nd day. And we didnt plan to use the washer but that was broken and unavailable to us after a 3 day stay we had accumulated towels and such. With all that set the owner had great communication with us and there were no other issues, Very comfortable beds.
