Additional Information:



Pool Heating: The cost to heat the pool is $100 per night with a 3-night minimum (except for 2-night reservations).

House Rules: Please review all house rules before booking to ensure this is the right home for you.

VacayAZ enforces good neighbor policies on all managed properties. Guests must be mindful of their noise levels and respect community rules. We do not provide speakers or sound systems on-site. Violating noise ordinances will result in an immediate $500 fine and potential City-imposed fines up to $10,000 per violation, along with possible removal from the property.



Smoking Policy: Smoking is prohibited. Violations will result in the forfeiture of the full security deposit, and guests will be liable for any damage costs.

The Neighborhood:

This home is located on the border of the Coconino National Forest. Just out the back door is a network of popular hiking trails. Homes in this neighborhood value between $500,000 and $1,000,000.



Getting Around:

Hiking trails can be accessed from the home, but a rental car is recommended to get around the town.



Other Things to Note:

Please treat the neighbors with respect. Our industry is under threat to be eliminate if noise complaints continue at an excessive level. What`s the threshold you might ask? Great question. Well, let`s put it this way, feel free have conversations and laugh. We ask that no music be played outside, as so many guest have a different threshold for music noise.



Please try to keep the fun at a respectful decibel level. If you are planning to cause a ruckus, perform illegal activity or be disrespectful to neighbors then our property is not the right one for you.
