This furnished, newly remodeled duplex is centrally located and is close to hospitals, shopping, OCU, and fabulous restaurants. Off street parking is available. Perfect for temporary health care providers as is is located close to most hospitals. The duplex was designed to include modern amenities including, dish washer, garbage disposal, microwave, gas stove/oven, refrigerator, central heat/air, and washer/dryer. The large mid-century living room includes a TV. There is an additional lounging area, office and two bedrooms with queen size beds. The unit is approximately 1200 sq. ft. All bills are paid including WiFi.
