The property features a putting green, tiled courtyard entry with patio furniture. Updated kitchen & dining room combo. The spacious great room features a large smart tv, workspace, & fireplace. Master bedroom includes a tv and garden jacuzzi tub in the master bath. Enjoy the private backyard and venture up the spiral staircase to the viewing deck with fabulous views.
Monthly rate includes semimonthly maid service.
The space
Charming 2BR/2BA southwestern style townhome located on the 9th tee of Picacho Hills County Club golf course. The property features a putting green on the north side of the house to take advantage of your practice putting before hitting the golf course. Tiled courtyard entry with patio furniture for outdoor dining and enjoyment. Roomy updated kitchen & dining room combo w/stainless appliances and granite countertops. The spacious great room features a large 65” smart tv, workspace, fireplace, saltillo tile and rock accent wall. Master bedroom includes a mounted smart tv and large garden jacuzzi tub in the adjoining master bath. Enjoy the private backyard with covered patio and outdoor sitting. Venture up the spiral staircase which leads to a viewing deck with fabulous mountain and valley views. This is a great place to enjoy the sunsets and sunrises while sipping your coffee or vino :-)

The home was beautiful and the location was a welcomed break from being in the busier part of town. It is a very peaceful area and there were sufficient access to stores if needed. It is a great space for adults to enjoy. There were slight issues with cleanliness, but our host responded quickly to our concerns.

Great location

I grew up in the Mesilla Valley, NM. The house we rented is in the exclusive Picacho Hills Country Club subdivision overlooking the valley. Thoroughly enjoyed my morning walks in the neighborhood and the spectacular views of the Organ Mountains. Extremely quiet neighborhood yet minutes away from Old Mesilla and Las Cruces.

Too get a better overall rating … Mattress in guest bedroom should be replaced. Folds up with two bodies. Initial impression left something to be desired. Garage door needs painting or cleaning. The screens as you enter are torn and need replacing. No coffee pot was provided. Greatly appreciated the condiments that were provided.

Very spacious with nice views

Very nice townhouse. Southwest decor with Saltillo tiles throughout. Perfect for 4 adults. Wish we could have spent more time on the property. Fully stocked kitchen with Keurig coffee machine and pods, except for some basic condiments like sugar. No refrigerated condiments available. Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Master bed was quite tall even for me and I’m 5’10”. Small foot stool available for accessibility. Favorite part was the Roof top deck overlooks the Organ mountains. Very Quiet, peaceful location. Hope to stay here again next time I’m in town. Melissa was very attentive to my questions. Very pleasant stay.
