Escape to the pristine mountains of Copper Colorado with a stay at this cozy and comfortable ski in ski out condo located in Center Village. This warm and welcoming condo allows you to skip the hassle of traveling to the mountain and lifts. Adults will enjoy plenty of space and privacy in this two story condo, and guests of all ages will appreciate the open floor plan. Guests also have access to a private porch where they can enjoy uninterrupted views of the mountain.

Take a short walk to Center Village to enjoy some food, beers, and other activities that Copper has to offer throughout the summer and winter months.

In the winter enjoy endless skiing, with easy access to the mountain allowing you to be the first one there on a powder day. In the summertime enjoy hikes, mountain biking, golf and much more right out your front door.

This true ski in ski out condo has the space and bedding to allow families and friends to comfortably enjoy their vacation in the mountains.

Both bedrooms are on the upstairs level.

The master bedroom features a king size bed along with a twin bunk bed. It also has access to the private balcony.

The other bedroom features a King size bed.

Space for 1 vehicle. Any additional vehicles can park at the North Alpine Lot for a fee during the winter, summer is free.

One of the perks of Ten Mile Haus is that no car is necessary. The Summit Express shuttle provides transportation from Denver Intl. Airport to first the check-in office and then the front door of your building. A grocery market, liquor store, ski/snowboard rental/tune, medical clinic, and a nice selection of shops and dining options: fine dining, apres ski happy hour, Mexican, pizza, and more are downstairs in the charming Village! Other resort amenities include: grocery delivery service to stock your kitchen; nightly Dine-In Delivery to your door; daily childcare; Kids Night Out; group and private skiing/boarding lessons (for age 2 to adults) at the excellent Ski & Ride School; and Copper Loop on-resort shuttle service, Copper Coach Dial-a-Ride Service, and Summit Stage public buses between Copper and other Summit County destinations are all free to overnight guests. The Copper Mt. Spa & Athletic Club features a heated pool, racquetball, basketball, facials/massage, and more to drop-in guests. For out-of-state guests who may not own ski apparel, outerwear can be rented from Mountain Threads and delivered to you at Copper.

There is no A/C in any of our properties. PARKING: Parking at Copper Mountain is strictly enforced. Most rental properties have parking space for one vehicle only. To avoid towing or a ticket, please adhere to posted signs and parking allocations at all times. If you need additional parking, an Alpine Lot permit can be purchased for $20 per night from the Resort. You can pay through a QR code or at the kiosk, which is located in the Alpine Lot.SHARED OR COMMUNITY POOLS / HOT TUBS / CLUB HOUSES: If amenities check lists includes a hot tub with this property listing, please verify before confirming your reservation. No refunds are provided due to lack hot tubs. THE SKYRUN ADVANTAGE: All SkyRun properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.WARNING: 4WD or AWD vehicles required in the winter, snow and ice will be on all surfaces including driveways and roads - no refunds for towing or cars that get stuck. Some homes require 4WD or AWD in the non-winter months due to dirt roads, and uneven surfaces - call for more information about your rental.COLORADO TRACTION LAW: Starting Sept. and running through May 31 of each year, all drivers on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero will be required to adhere to the traction law, which requires vehicles to have either four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive with snow or mud+snow-rated tires, or specialized winter tires, chains or other traction devices for cars with two-wheel drive. Ensure you have the correct equipment when driving in Colorado. Talk with your rental car company if you are planning to rent.TRAVEL WITH PEACE OF MIND CLEANING: SkyRun is following rigorous (Covid-19) cleaning procedures as recommended by the CDC, AHLA, and VRMA to keep our guests healthy and our homes clean. Following the cleaning process, housekeepers will then disinfect properties with a hospital-grade disinfectant.

Amazing!
This condo was the perfect place for my family. The location is close to lifts, Village Center, sledding, and more. We loved every minute of our stay and will definitely rent again!

False advertisement
This was our 9th year returning to Copper Mountain and the worst as far as our choice of lodging. The photos were misrepresentational as far as layout and views. It was not stated that it was a 2 story unit with only 1 bath upstairs not to mention you have to navigate 2 flights of tight/ icy stairs to access the door (no elevator). Inside: Poor lighting, food splatter on kitchen walls, crumbs on carpet, old garbage under the couches, extremely dissatisfied. Every other unit we have booked through VRBO was awesome. I will never book with sky run again.

Great long weekend at Copper
The condo was clean and cozy and the gas fireplace was a plus. It was an easy ski in and a short walk out to the lifts and restaurants in the evening. This is a one car only complex. The property mgmt gave us 2 passes but the complex mgr required us to move one car to the Alpine Lot.

Good Stay
Just like the pictures, clean and spacious. Check in was easy, but you do have to go to the Skyrun main office to get your key, not a big deal though. Check out was great, not a lot asked if you… I’ve stayed at a few you basically had to do everything a “cleaning fee” should be for so that was very nice. Comfy beds. Lots of hot water for showers. A nice plus not really on the ad is how big the master closet was.. we had 4 in that room so it was great to have somewhere roomy for our luggage. It is ski in.. but you do have a little trek to the lifts. Main complaint is 1) needs a a good spatula.. we did quite a bit of cooking & you just can’t do some things with a floppy spatula ha & 2) give us more than one kitchen dish rag! For real that’s gross to use the same one for days? Overall great experience though, thanks!
