House Rules & Fees
Pet Policy

We are dog-friendly only. A $150 non-refundable pet fee will be manually added to your reservation after booking.

Unauthorized pets or animals other than dogs will result in a $300 fine.

Smoking Policy

No smoking is allowed inside the home. A $250 fee will be charged if smoking is detected indoors.

Long-Term Stays

Stays over 21 days will incur an additional $50 long-term cleaning fee, manually added after confirmation.

Late Check-Outs

Unapproved late departures will result in a $50 fine.

Lost & Found

Items left behind can be shipped back for a $25 handling fee, plus shipping costs.
