You will enjoy our brand new build, located on our 5 1/2 acres. Feel like you are worlds away, while still being only...

*20 minutes from the MTSU campus
*20 minutes from downtown Murfreesboro
*45 minutes from the Nashville Airport (BNA)
*50 minutes from downtown Nashville

Come experience a country vibe. Start your day with coffee on the deck, with its' incredible views. Experience tranquility like no other. Watch deer, wild turkey, and even armadillo roam the property. This is it! Enjoy the experience and leave refreshed.

We completed the build in January 2026, with all new furnishings and appliances. Your large private deck is a focal point of this retreat. Views from your deck are breathtaking at any time of day or night. Wander the property, enjoy the stream, lose yourself, forget your worries.

You are sure to sleep well on either the new King bed or new Queen bed, and both bedrooms have blackout shades and curtains. There is a split unit (AC or heat) and a ceiling fan in each bedroom to ensure your comfort.

Please be advised and aware that we live on the same property. The home is detached and we will respect your privacy. You will have your own space, your own deck, and you are welcome to explore the property.

Perfect location if you want a quiet and quaint location. Sean is very friendly and accommodating. Definitely recommend staying here for a peaceful getaway. In the country but close to stores and accommodations.

This is possibly the most well thought out rentals that we’ve ever stayed in. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with thoughtful touches like coffee, tea and water provided. There’s no light pollution, but there is some luxurious bedding and a one of the best mattresses I’ve ever slept on, which made for a fantastic night’s sleep. The property owners and pups are on site and are delightful! We will be back!!
