Pet friendly 2 Bedroom Townhouse on a Golf Course

Walk off the deck onto the golf course or take a short drive to the beach at our relaxing two bedroom condo located in Ocean Pines. Pets are also welcome!

A few things about the place

We hope to provide everything you need during your stay. All bedding and towels are included. The kitchen has most everything needed to prepare meals (just bring the food!). There is a washer and dryer in the unit. All bathrooms include toilet paper, soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Wi-Fi is included (you will receive login details when you arrive). If there is anything else you need please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate!

Pet Friendly! $75 charge per stay (except for service animals). We ask that you clean up after your pet inside and outside of the condo. You must list your pet on your reservation to add the fee otherwise the fee will be added after your visit. Please send proof of service animal documents to avoid the pet fee.

Ocean Pines Beach Club Parking Pass available upon request. This pass allows you to park in the private lot located between 49th and 50th streets in Ocean City. Spaces are not guaranteed and the lot fills up quick so arrive early. This pass does not get you access to the beach club pool but you can pay a daily fee to access the pool.

Dog park access included upon request. We will provide key card access to the Ocean Pines dog park which is about a 5 minute drive.

Parking - there is one dedicated space for the unit. There are a limited number of guest parking spaces if needed but you may need to park a short distance away depending on availability. Please only park in the assigned parking space or designated guest spot.

Check in is 4:00pm. Check out is 11:00am. If you need to check in earlier or out later please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.

House Rules - No smoking inside the unit (Extra cleaning fee will apply for smoking). Please keep noise down after 10pm.

We are available to help with anything you need during your stay. We are available to answer questions via the Airbnb app 8am - 10pm and an emergency contact number will be provided for any issues outside of those hours.

Ocean Pines MD is the perfect place for a relaxing getaway. Amenities include five swimming pools, a premier racquet sport complex, yacht club, beach club, a Robert Trent Jones Sr, designed championship golf course, over a dozen parks and 4 miles of walking trails.

Some of these amenities are available for a small daily fee.

Cleaning

We take cleaning very seriously. Every unit is thoroughly cleaned between guest stays. Rest assured knowing we have cleaned and sanitized everything in your unit from door knobs to light switches and everything in between. If you need any additional cleaning products during your stay please let us know!
