Guest Access:
Each unit is equipped with coded locks that are changed regularly. You will receive all important check-in information 3 days prior to arrival.
Early check-in or late check-out requests are evaluated and granted on a case-by-case basis. We offer a luggage storage space with a coded lock near the pool for all Spring Islands guests to use as needed. We welcome guests to use the pool while they await their check-in.

Severe Weather Policy: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued by the Governor of SC, your stay will be refunded. However, if a Mandatory Evacuation Order is NOT issued by the Governor of SC, then the standard cancellation policy will still apply and no refund will be issued.

I went with friends, and it was a great space for three individuals - loved that we all had our own bathrooms! The location was great - walkable to much, and a quick Uber ride for anywhere else.

This property worked perfectly for our vacation. The location was excellent and we walked downtown a few times. It was nice to have a pool to cool off after a hot few days. If I come back to Charleston, I would look to book here again.

We enjoyed the property. It was clean and comfortable with good amenities. It was quiet and the location was very convenient to all of the fun things to do in Charleston.
Stylish, clean, comfortable and in a great neighborhood. One minor complaint- the rug in the living room is a tripping hazard. The edges are rolling up, and a couple of us stumbled on it.

Better than Expected ! ! ! (1 issue resolved quickly)
The house was VERY spacious and all 3 bedrooms have their own full bathrooms. The pool across the street was nice and private with very few other guests using it. Overall, I look forward to staying in the same VRBO on my next trip!
The motion light kept going off when we were trying to sleep and the room above us creeks quite a bit so when we were trying to go to sleep that was a little frustrating

Very safe area!! We loved that extra parking for extra vehicles was within a couple blocks. We were able to walk from this home location to all the places we wished to visit and also to additional transportation for tours. So much to see and explore on the same street we were located. Unit had plenty of seating for eat in and socializing. Beds were comfortable . We had a great time
The close quarters of the buildings were new to us, but we came to love the sense of adventure that exploring the side streets gave us as we walked our dog or simply walked around to photograph the interesting architecture and walkways. We also enjoyed "walking with the locals" and other visitors in the downtown area in addition to nearby restaurants. Everywhere we went was no more than 10 minutes away! That's what made this location ideal! That and the local fare made our stay wonderful! Kudos to Zack for staying in touch and keeping us well-informed of weather conditions (we arrived the day after Hurricane Idalia visited). Everything inside was immaculate and mixed the modern with the original 1880s brick and hardwood flooring. We hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did!
We had a nice stay, house was clean and had everything we needed. They wouldn’t allow an early check in because of cleaning but said they would notify us if done early. They never did notify us but we were hanging out nearby for several hours and never saw any one in or out of the house cleaning. Walls are thin could hear everything from other units. The cleaning fee is one price no matter how long you stay, $235 for 2 nights seemed like a lot, almost the same we paid for our stay. Nice place but not sure I would stay again due to things mentioned.
We all, eight of us, had a magnificent time. The house was clean and tidy. The location was great with several stores and restaurants within walking distance. We easily caught the various shuttles for the historic district.It was a little tight for eight people, but everyone had a place to lay their head at night. The three bathrooms were definitely a plus for eight women! Management responded promptly to all our questions we had. Te washer and dryer came in handy. The house was well equipped for our purposes.The only issue, and it was not a big deal for us, was that the way the home was portrayed online, led one to believe there was a whole house. It became confusing as each section had the same picture. There was actually a flat downstairs where we stayed. The house also had an efficiency adjacent to where we stayed. There was a four bedroom flat on the second floor. It did not affect our stay, we loved the location!

Great location/property manager not very responsive
Great location and clean place. When trying to contact anybody in the property management it was a very delayed response. If you needed something urgent, it would be hard to get a hold of them. Unfortunately the door was left open when we arrived and it wasn’t locked contact that property management and didn’t hear back until the next day. I even sent a text and nobody responded to the two numbers listed in the emails would recommend staying however, not sure that it is managed correctly.
We had a great stay here! Everything was new and the place was spotless! The pool was not anywhere in sight but we weren't planning to swim this time of year anyway. The hosts were so attentive, any question we had was answered immediately and we had no issues. We did not experience the noise that some others post about, it was very quiet for us. Parking was easy, we had our own spot right next to the house. Check out was a breeze. The location was also great- easy walk to King street and downtown. Would absolutely recommend!!
