Please note: The home is divided into 3 completely separate suites — A, B, and C. Each suite has a private entrance with dedicated outdoor space.

• The house has an electronic door lock and a unique code will be provided that will work for the duration of your stay.



• Onsite parking fits 1 standard vehicle or 2 small cars. If your oversized vehicle doesn’t fit upon arrival, we offer free street parking passes.



The Neighborhood:

This home is in the most vibrant and walkable area in Charleston. It is 2 blocks from King St, where the city's most famous restaurants are just a step away. Nightlife begins literally around the corner. Convenient to all tourist attractions. The home is in an extremely safe area.

• There are excessive noise monitors present on the property. These do not record audio - only decibel levels.

What a perfect location for visiting downtown, Sullivan's Island, the Folly Beach area and points to the North. There are lots of wonderful restaurants within walking distance, and it's an easy walk to downtown if you like to walk. Azalea was one of the cleanest places I've stayed at, and the decor made it so peaceful.Tom and Hannah were so prompt answering questions and so friendly. I would love to stay here again.

Really did enjoy the location just down the road from the top of King Street as well as how nice the place was. One pretty significant issue was the noise from above. Neighbors noise was pretty prevalent anytime somebody was walking across the floor. You cannot be a light sleeper for sure. Solved with some earplugs.

The parking was very easy although it was a compact space (but we knew that going in.) And the location was ideal as King St. was so close. We like to walk anyway. The apartment was immaculate and well-appointed. We enjoyed having our own rooms and bathrooms. And I like having the laundry facilities.

This was the perfect set up for us three moms and our teenage daughters. Three king beds, three bathrooms, a living space AND a front porch. This was much more practical than hotel rooms. The price was better to you.Smart location for shopping. A 10 minute walk and you are at the shops! I took advantage of the petibikes also for a fun ride when needed. The owners were very good at communication and very helpful with restaurant ideas. I relied on their visitors, guide a lot! Great experience

Beautiful, iconic Charleston place in an awesome location! We loved our stay here. Perfect for 3 couples with a bath in each bedroom and with gorgeous furnishings. We loved sitting on the porch with a cup of coffee or a glass wine. This location is amazing with excellent restaurants and things to do and see within easy walking distance.
