This spacious villa boasts a modern open floor plan with 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, all designed for your ultimate comfort. Each bedroom features a luxurious king bed and a smart TV, ensuring you can unwind in style. The main house includes 4 bedrooms—2 with en-suite bathrooms for your privacy and convenience, while the other 2 share a stylish, spacious bathroom. Additionally, there are 2 large, detached bedrooms, each with its own spacious bathroom, easily accessible from the beautiful backyard and pool area. Free parking, high speed internet and air conditioning in every room.

Step outside to discover your private oasis! The expansive backyard features a large, covered area, perfect for staying cool in the shade, complete with a spacious outdoor dining table and chairs—ideal for al fresco meals. The incredible pool deck showcases an inviting inground pool with a sun deck, making it a fantastic spot for relaxation and play. It’s also perfect for little ones to splash around. For added luxury, there’s a jetted tub (note: it does not have a heater) where you can unwind after a day of adventures.

We absolutely loved our stay! This house exceeded our expectations and was perfect for our family. The location was fantastic, the house was spacious with plenty of room for everyone, and having our own pool made the stay even better. It was the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach or exploring the island.Rob was an excellent host! He was incredibly responsive and quick to answer any questions we had, which made everything easy and stress-free.Having TWO washers and TWO dryers was an absolute blessing, especially with a family and all the beach clothes and towels! Such a great feature that you don’t realize how much you’ll appreciate until you have it.We also loved that the house provided beach chairs, beach towels, and coolers. It made going to the beach so easy — just load up and go! Those little extras really made a huge difference and meant we didn’t have to buy or rent anything.The house truly had everything we needed for an amazing vacation. Great location, tons of space, beautiful pool, thoughtful amenities, and a fantastic host. We made some wonderful memories here and would absolutely stay again.Highly recommend — 5 stars all the way!

The location was great. It was about 600 steps to the beach. The house was very clean and spacious. The pool was clean. We did use the grill and used the corn hole boards. Never had a chance to use the ping pong table. We had a chance to meet the owner when we checked out. He was very, very nice. I talked to him about other properties he owns in Aruba. I will be staying again!

Perfect location to celebrate a 40th birthday! We were walkable to downtown and the beach and approximately 5 minute drive to grocery store. Easy cab or 20 minute drive from airport. House was clean and updated with very comfortable beds. The private backyard was lovely and we all enjoyed the pool. Host was available and responsive for any questions we had. Definitely would recommend this property and visiting Aruba again.

Perfect spot to enjoy Aruba

We had a wonderful stay in Aruba. The house was perfect for a group of extended family of all ages. We loved the location, just a short walk to shopping, restaurants, and beaches. Rob and Nadine were responsive and helpful with our stay. We would absolutely look to stay here again in the future.

Family Holiday Getaway

We had a wonderful week at this beautiful property! It was perfect for our families with older kids and exactly as described in the pictures. If you want a break from the pool and lovely outdoor space- it’s an easy walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Rob and Nadine were super responsive and put a lot of love into making their home a great getaway place.

Great location!!!

We were on a girls trip and this house did not disappoint! Exactly as described. Great location!!! Hosts were wonderful and always quick to respond to any questions. The property was great! Looked just as it was listed and was so clean. Communication with Nadine and Rob was easy and they responded so quickly. Property was so close to bars and restaurants. Overall was a great experience. Would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Aruba. It was the perfect setup for our family of five adults and two children. Everyone had their own bedroom, which gave us plenty of space and comfort.The house was very clean, well cared for and equipped with everything we needed. The pool and backyard were a highlight for both kids and adults, and the location couldn’t be better — just a short walk to Palm Beach for restaurants, shops and the beach.Communication with the hosts was excellent and everything was exactly as described in the listing. It made our vacation smooth and enjoyable from start to finish.

A great place to stay and an easy walk to the beach!

Check in was extremely easy and when there was a minor issue with a blown fuse Rob was very quick to help with it. The pool has both shade and sun and you can easily walk to the better non-tourist trap places to eat (or straight to the tourist zone if you prefer that). Palm beach is a very short walk and the location also lets you easily get out to the less populated beaches as well.

Great house, great location

Beautiful house with all the amenities you could ask for. The location was within walking distance to Palm Beach - even with two toddlers. The pool was just the right size - the kids loved it. Would highly recommend this as a great place to stay. Nadine, the property manager was fantastic and very responsive to our questions and needs.

This house was perfect for our group. Two families, each with a 19 yr old and 16 yr old for total of 8. Location is great with short walk to shopping/restaurant/beach area. We enjoyed the outdoor space when we were home. Rob and Nadine were quick to respond to any questions/issues that we had.

Palm Beach Aruba

This house was fantastic and was perfect for our group of 8. Would have still been great with up to 12 I believe. But the layout allowed all 4 couples to be comfortable and have space. An easy walk to Palm beach area as well. AC’s blew cold air which was refreshing and the backyard pool area was excellent. We look forward to rebooking this home in the future.

Amazing Trip

We absolutely loved this property! It was perfect for our group of 6 adults and 8 kids! The location is amazing and you can easily walk to the Palm beach strip for dinner! We will certainly be booking this again! Rob and Nadine were so helpful leading up to our to too! Always so responsive and answered all my questions! The house was poorest while there so we didn’t need them for anything during our stay! We can’t wait to go back!
