The facility was perfect for my family of 19 hot perfect pool perfect, the only thing that was noticeable was the dust perhaps it was due for a fall cleaning. But we were all happy with our stay.

The views EXCEEDED expectations. The house accommodated our families’ needs. We had 21 ppl and the site description said up to 32 ppl. We had a huge challenge parking bc the parking lot only fits 7 cars. We did some jumbling each day to get cars out for activities. But we made it work. The host was VERY responsive and very accommodating. Great experience!!!

Beautiful House, Beautiful Views

This beautiful house, Smoky Mountain Manor, met our needs for our family reunion of 21. The house was very clean upon arrival. The response time for maintenance was quick. The kids and adults alike enjoyed the game rooms. All enjoyed the three large decks with the beautiful views! We had a very fun and successful family reunion!

The house has a great floor plan for multi generational families. The pool, hot tubs and game rooms provide hours of entertainment. The oven was down for the first four days of our stay which wasn’t ideal because our premade meal didn’t fit in the counter ovens they provided. The views are beautiful but it is in a neighborhood and houses are close and you can hear the neighbors. Overall it fit our needs and I would recommend. It.

AMAZING Property

My family very much enjoyed our stay at Smoky Mountain Manor, and definitely plan to return! The pictures really don't do it justice, it's the best property we have stayed at in the Gatlinburg area, and that says a lot because we have been traveling there for 34 years now. Management is amazing and so easy to work with. Very prompt, informative, and accommodating! I would give 10 stars if I could!!

Our family couldn't have been more pleased with our accommodations. The home was wonderfully clean, bedding was comfortable, kitchen stocked with all of the essentials. The kids loved the swimming pool and video games and of course, the adults truly appreciated the hot tubs after a long day of adventures. The only thing I can suggest for future guests is to carpool if you can. The parking is a bit tight if you have more than a few cars. Will we stay again??? Of course we will!! Love, Love this vacation home!
