Wohnung Nr.4, EG, Terrasse, Geschirrspüler Die Wohnung zum Garten ist für maximal 4 Personen geeignet. Das Appartement ist 45 Quadratmeter groß und verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit Boxspringbett 180x200cm und Schrank. Das zweite Schlafzimmer ist ebenfalls mit einem Boxspringbett 140x200 cm und einem Schrank eingerichtet. Das Wohn-/Esszimmer ist mit einer Couch, einem Sessel und einem Flat-TV ausgestattet. Der Essbereich mit Platz für 4 Personen befindet sich neben der Küchenzeile. Hier ist ein Herd mit Backofen, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, ein Kühlschrank und ein Geschirrspüler vorhanden. Das Badezimmer verfügt über Dusche und WC. Das Besondere an der Wohnung ist die wunderschöne Terrasse, die sich perfekt eignet, um Ihren Abend dort ausklingen zu lassen. Vor dem Haus steht ein überdachter Stellplatz (Carport) für Ihren Wagen bereit. Das WLAN können Sie gerne kostenfrei benutzen. Die gemeinschaftlich genutzte Sauna im Haus kann gegen Gebühr genutzt werden.
