Very disappointing

I stayed at the property for a week On the first day of my arrival TV did not work so I called few times for sb to come and fix it Unfortunately if you do not have a polish number it will be very hard to get a call back. Anyway the customer service said that sb will come to rakes care of it shortly all call me to schedule a time After 3 hrs I revived a phone call saying that it’s impossible that it does not work because he was at the house and all was working after cleaning I explained to gentleman as nice as possible at this point that I had no intention to do anything with that and after 16 hrs of flight I expected that Tv will work Do he said that he cannot fine because he has other things to do!!! And I NEED to FIX IT Buy maybe changing cables ( one of them was disconnected) or re-set TV box Ext it took us 35 min to fix it over the phone. Then the another problem “cleaning “ bed cover had stains, clutch, drapes floor!!! Same And the smell!!!OMG I could not get rid off otitis like cigarettes , the entire place had this wired small I really wish to be more happy and provide a better rating , however after all that I cannot recommend this property . The only nice thing I can say it’s location - 7 min walk to Old Town!!!!
