NOTICE: The Upper Pool building and facilities will close for 3–4 weeks starting in Spring 2026 for painting. While these are unavailable, the lower spa, sauna, and laundry will remain open. Additionally, all building exteriors are scheduled for painting throughout Summer and Fall 2026.

Condo was clean and listing was accurate. Shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotion and dish and laundry detergent pods were all provided. Location was great. My newly turned 3 year old made the walk to and from the village no problem and very convenient to be walking distance to the gondola.

Great spot for visiting Mammoth

The condo was clean, super easy to find and the location is great for getting around Mammoth Lakes. Bed and pillows are really comfy, and the management company responds immediately to questions.

Great condo, would highly reccomend

Really enjoyed my stay. The property manager was very communicative, all the information and details are provided in advance and easy to follow. Great location close to the village. Upon arrival the condo is very clean and everything you need for a fun weekend in Mammoth. Would recommend for a couple or family of 3 or 4 with small kids.

Great Location

First time visiting Mammoth. I loved the location of the unit- didn’t really need to get into my car after I arrived. The gondola to the mountain and restaurants were all within walking distance.

Fantastic Mid-week Mammoth

This was a fantastic stay mid-week at Mammoth. The unit was perfectly located close to Cannon Lodge and the Village. Very well appointed and super clean. We also enjoyed the quietness of the location and beautiful snow covered trees looking out of the windows and deck. We really appreciate the easy check in process and attention to detail. We look forward to a return trip very soon and would definitely recommend as a place to relax and enjoy all that Mammoth has to offer.

Picture not true-to-form

The place was clean and basically functional. However, the picture has been touched up to be much more bright and cheery than the place is. It was actually a bit dark and gloomy. The heat wasn't working well, the tub drain didn't work and some basics, like cooking oil weren't there. It was basically functional, though. As a teacher, I would give it a B.

Inaccurate Property Description

While the condo was overall clean, well equipped and in a good location, we had an uncomfortable stay due to an inaccurate property description. On the listing under bedding arrangements this property showed it had a queen sleeper sofa and queen air mattress when we booked. Neither of those things were on property upon arrival. Instead there was a double futon in the living room. The check in instructions stated that there was supposed to be a mattress topper for the futon stored in the master bedroom, but this also was not on property. On night one I called the Nomadness emergency line and was initially told that they only handle emergencies like no hot water etc. Eventually they agreed to at least send us linens for the futon (also none on property upon arrival) so that my children had a place to sleep. Nomadness reached out to us later and had an air mattress delivered, but it was leaky and unusable. They also said they were very sorry and would discuss the situation with their manager to see if there would be anything they could do to help us, due to all of the inconveniences. But, we have not heard anything back…. Overall, just disappointed that the listing was not accurate, as it made for an uncomfortable stay for my children and we would’ve booked elsewhere had we known.
