Hi Russ, I saw your message left in the condo. There were extra trash bags on the shelf in the utility room, and the reason that the coffee pot overflowed was because someone filled it above the maximum line. I sorry this caused you to give me only a four star review. Alison

Our stay was perfect. The rooms were very clean and all the bathrooms were stocked with clean towels. The kitchen had everything you needed and more. We loved the screened in patio. The pool area was also nice. The host Alison was very friendly and helpful. She recommended a nice breakfast place First Watch which we really enjoyed. We will definitely come back again.
