Clean and Comfy 3BR/2BA, 1st floor condo very close to OWA Amusement and Water Parks and the Foley SportsPlex ball fields! Park Avenue Condominiums has a wonderful resort style pool including a kiddie pool. We are centrally located to many delicious restaurants, family friendly attractions and activities.
Our condo has a fully stocked kitchen, plenty of seating and a peaceful screened patio for relaxing with a cup of coffee or even a glass of your adult beverage. All three queen beds have new linens as well as new towels in both bathrooms.
Whether your coming to the beautiful white sandy beaches, the ball fields, OWA Parks or just a quiet getaway, we offer a quiet and comfortable place to sit back and relax.
