FIRST FLOOR 3 BEDROOM 2 BATH CONDO. WASHER/DRYER, POOL. EASY PARKING. FAMILY FRIENDLY, CLOSE TO OWA, RESTAURANTS, SPORTS COMPLEX, SHOPPING AND OTHER ATTRACTIONS. 8 MILES TO THE GULF SHORES’ SANDY BEACHES. Well stocked kitchen, free wi-fi. Large TV in living room, TV in 2 of 3 bedrooms, screened in porch, ironing board and iron, quiet areas for walking. Nicely furnished with plenty of closet space. Relax at the Pool just a short walk from Condo. Relax in the screened in porch with a cup of coffee or glass of wine. The complex is tucked away from the busy traffic yet a short drive to all the attractions in Baldwin County. Easy to communicate with host. Just enjoy your stay!

Close all window blinds and curtains and set thermostat at 74.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Per condominium complex rules, please don't leave any trash bags, coolers or items outside of the Condo door in the breezeway. Thank you.
Please always follow Pool rules. You need the Pool key to enter and exit the Pool area. Please leave the Pool Key hanging on hook of pantry door.
