This beautiful house offers three inviting bedrooms, perfect for a peaceful night's rest after a day of adventures in scenic Northern Michigan. The spacious bathroom is thoughtfully equipped to meet all your needs, and the well-stocked kitchen makes cooking delightful meals for your loved ones a breeze.

But wait, there's more! Our rental includes a generous basement with two additional beds, ideal for accommodating larger groups or families. The basement also houses entertaining games like air hockey, a pool table, and an arcade cabinet with 300 classic games, along with extra living space for your enjoyment. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are available in the basement.

Our outdoor area is a haven for relaxation and creating cherished memories with your dear ones, complete with a propane grill and a cozy fire pit.

Inside, you'll discover three comfortable and tastefully decorated bedrooms: a king bed in bedroom 1, a queen bed in bedroom 2, and a full bed in bedroom 3. But there's more to explore - our spacious basement boasts two full beds, perfect for accommodating larger groups or families. Check out our photos to see for yourself!

To make your stay hassle-free, we provide a starter pack of essential items, regardless of your stay's duration. Here's what you'll find in the home:

- Toilet paper
- Paper towels
- Dish soap
- Garbage bags (1 per day)
- Hotel-sized shampoo and bar soap
- Kitchen essentials (pots, pans, utensils, dinnerware, cups/mugs/wine glasses, toaster, Keurig, salt, and pepper). We also include a limited supply of coffee pods to get you started.

We understand that you may have your own specific needs and preferences, so we've compiled a list of items you might want to bring or purchase during your stay. Please note that for health and sanitary reasons, we do not provide cooking spices or condiments. Here's what you'll need to supply:

We consider pets to be part of the family, which is why we happily welcome up to two dogs in our rental! There is a non-refundable pet fee of $100, a small price to pay to have your furry companions with you during your vacation.

To ensure the comfort of all guests, we kindly request that you clean up after your pets in the yard before checking out. Failure to do so will result in an additional charge of $50.

Why they chose this property

We designed this house with families in mind that are looking to have a complete Northern Michigan experience. We offer 3 bedrooms, 5 beds and a Game Room for all ages which includes, POOL, Air Hockey, Arcade Games, Board Games, and More. Our home is centrally located in a perfect spot in Northern Michigan. Fifteen minutes or less to so many Northern Michigan destinations. Less than 5 minutes from some of Northern Michigan premier inland Lakes and only 10 minutes from Lake Michigan. In the wintertime, we are located 15 minutes from Nubs and Boyne Highlands which offer some of the best skiing in Northern Michigan. If you love to snowmobile, Alanson is centrally located and has many trails that connect all over Northern Michigan.

This home is only blocks away from the downtown Alanson district but it’s very quiet and relaxing for the perfect get away. Private but still close enough to all the things you want to be apart of during your vacation to Northern Michigan. Large lot for outside activities including a fire pit for all seasons.
