Entire home is available for guest use with the exception of a locked owners closet.
Direct Semi Private lake access is conveniently located right across the road. This access and dock is shared only between 3 homes so the use is minimal.
Dock use is restricted to loading and unloading only. 1 boat may be kept at the dock during the day to load and un load but NO OVERNIGHT DOCKING at this time. Guests will be responsible for any and all damages to dock/s, shore station their boat and other boats should wind kick up and boat is left tied to dock resulting in dock shifting/damages. Wind picks up at night, absolutely no overnight tieing up of boat to the dock is permitted. Shore station is not for guest use. Launch is located 3/10 of a mile from the house.

Dock is typically installed prior to Memorial Day and removed mid to late Sept. Dock install/removal dates may be affected by natural disasters such as flooding and is subject to dock install company's discretion on safety and scheduling to install, which is outside of our control. Every effort is made to install prior to Memorial day, but can never be guaranteed and delays outside of our control are not subject to discount or reimbursement. Dock is typically removed mid Sept.

Due to the property's natural, wooded setting in Northern Michigan, seasonal pest / bug activity is an inherent environmental reality that we proactively manage.

Pets are welcome only with disclosure and pet fee. Please add them to the reservation. Guests who bring a pet that is not on the reservation risk termination of the rental without reimbursement.

Late Check Outs / Early Check ins are available for a fee with prior approval. Please message regarding these options.
