The fantastic location of Villa la Vega, with a fantastic panoramic view of the Atlantic and the surrounding area (Arrecife, Puerto del Carmen to Fuerteventura and Lobos), makes this holiday home so unique.

The Villa la Vega, divided into 4 apartments, is absolutely quiet on the outskirts of Tias, a small village, 5 km above Puerto del Carmen. The comfortable, tastefully furnished apartment has a large salon, very well equipped open kitchen with dining area, 2 bedrooms, wonderfully large bathroom, huge terrace with garden furniture and deck chairs. A well-tended, tropical garden surrounds the heated pool, which invites you to swim even in winter. Ideal for those looking for peace and quiet who want to see the usual tourist bustle from afar.

Special: To make your vacation as free as possible, we would be happy to reserve a rental car for you. (From airport)

Nice renting location well situated

Perched on a hill above Tias, the villa is tranquil yet provides a great base for exploring the island. The views are wonderful at all hours of the day or night. The villa is larger than it looks in the photos and kept very clean. The kitchen is modern and well equipped – the bathroom is also modern and spacious. There is underfloor heating if required but we found the villa was warm enough without it.There are several guidebooks in German and a TV with German channels and also a satellite for English but we did not use it. For young families we would suggest a smart TV would allow parents and children to access Netflix, Disney etc.The wifi worked well.For those who want it, the swimming pool is heated. Although the villa is divided into four separate apartments each has its own privacy and front door. Near the villa there is an excellent small bakery: Andi Brot – only open Friday and Saturday mornings. The rye breads and tarta de frutas rojas are recommended. If you like to walk, there is a track behind the villa over the hill which in under an hour will take you to the Teleclub de Montaña Blanca – the food we ate there was all good. Tias has a good supermarket and you can eat well at La Ermita (book ahead). There is also a great coffee and cake shop San Antonio in the town.Priska provided excellent communications beforehand and a warm, friendly and informative welcome upon arrival. We liked everything about Casa Villa la Vega and did not want to leave.

Très bel appartement très bien situé

L'appartement est très spacieux et la literie très confortable. Très grande terrasse et salle de bain. Priska nous a très bien accueillie en nous donnant beaucoup d'informations pour faciliter notre séjour. C'est très pratique de loger à Tias pour visiter l'ensemble de l'île.

Schöne Urlaubswoche in Tias :-)

Unsere Familie hat hier eine sehr schöne Urlaubswoche verbracht, die Villa hat eine tolle Lage (der Ausblick ist sensationell 😃) ein Auto aber zwingend erforderlich. Vielen lieben Dank noch mal an Priska für die tolle vor Ort Betreuung 😎

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit super Ausblick

Die Wohnung befindet sich ca. 10 min. vom Flughafen entfernt. Sie liegt optimal für Ausflüge auf die ganze Insel. Die Lage ist etwas oberhalb von der Ortschaft Tias und ist sehr ruhig. Bäcker, Supermarkt, Restaurant ist alles in der Nähe. Man benötigt aber unbedingt ein Auto. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr sauber, hat alles was man braucht und ist bestens ausgestattet. Priska hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und auch gleich einige Tipps gegeben. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und werden sicher wiederkommen.

Ein erholsamer, ruhiger Urlaub in angenehmer Umgebung

Im Juli 2017 verbrachten wir (Familie, 4 Personen) 16 erholsame Tage in der Villa la Vega der Frau Studer in Tias. Nach nur 7 Autominuten vom Flughafen entfernt erreichten wir das Objekt, welches sich am Rand von Tias in Hanglage befindet. Nach freundlicher Begrüßung durch Frau Studer bezogen wir das Appartement 3 und waren positiv überrascht von der Größe unserer Unterkunft. Sie war für uns vier absolut ausreichend, die Zimmer waren hell, freundlich und landestypisch eingerichtet. Die Küche war komplett eingerichtet, es fehlten keine elektrischen Geräte, alles war gut nutzbar und sauber. Das Bad war groß, modern und sehr sauber, alles entsprach den Angebotsbildern. Aufgrund der zentralen Lage sind alle Sehenswürdigkeiten von der Unterkunft aus in maximal 25 Autominuten ( Teguise - 15 min, Costa Teguise mit Wasserpark - 15 min, Puerto del Carmen mit Texas-Park - 5 min, Timanfaya - 20 min, Costa Blanca - 25 min) zu erreichen. Ein Auto ist allerdings Voraussetzung für die Unterkunft! Egal, ob man Strandliebhaber ist, lieber Wandern geht oder Fahrrad fährt - für alles ist die Unterkunft ideal, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind sowohl in Tias als auch in Puerto del Carmen ausreichend vorhanden und mit dem Auto in 5 min erreichbar. Hervorzuheben ist der Ausblick, man schaut sowohl von der Terrasse als auch vom Wohnzimmer aus direkt auf das Meer und Puerto del Carmen - Klasse. Wer sich für Flugzeuge interessiert, kann sich von der Terrasse aus die Starts und Landungen des Lanzaroter Flughafen ansehen. Aufgrund der vorherrschenden Windrichtung ist der Flughafen akustisch nicht wahrnehmbar. Der Wind war immer präsent, insbesondere in der Nacht - die einzige akustische "Störung", ansonsten ist die Unterkunft absolut ruhig. Obwohl die Unterkunft aus vier Appartements besteht, bemerkt man dies zu keiner Zeit, der sehr saubere Gemeinschaftspool war fast immer unser Privatpool - sehr angenehm. Die Unterkunft ist mit Bildern ausgestattet, die von Frau Studer selbst gemalt wurden - beeindruckend. Vielen Dank nochmals für die sehr gute Betreuung und touristischen Hinweise durch Frau Studer. Wir verbrachten einen sehr erholsamen und entspannten Urlaub in der Villa la Vega und kommen gerne wieder.

Perfektes Feriendomizil

Wir haben gerade in einer der Wohnungen eine wunderbare Woche verbracht. Die Wohnungen liegen sehr ruhig und die Aussicht ist fantastisch. Mit dem Auto ist man in wenigen Minuten im Ortszentrum von Tías. Man kann auch Puerto del Carmen schnell erreichen, wo man sogar am Sonntag einkaufen kann. Tías eignet sich bestens als Ausgangspunkt um Lanzarote zu entdecken. Die Wohnungen sind sehr gut eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Frau Studer ist eine hervorragende Gastgeberin. Sie hat uns bereits am Flughafen begrüsst und in die Wohnung gelotst. Wir haben auch gerne ihr Angebot angenommen uns anzusehen wie auf der Insel Kürbisse und Wein angebaut werden. Das war hoch interessant. Wir waren total zufrieden mit unserer Woche auf Lanzarote und werden gerne eines Tages wieder bei Frau Studer Ferien machen. Herzlichen Dank!

Lanzarote ist immer eine Reise wert!

Die Wohnung Nr. 1 eine große und saubere Unterkunft. Frau Studer eine nette Vermieterin! Die Aussicht ist gigantisch, vor allem wenn man Fuerteventura sehen kann! Poolanlage sehr gepflegt, auch der Garten! Da die Unterkunft etwas erhöht liegt, mehr Wind und ca. 2 Grad Unterschied z. B. zu Puerto del Carmen! Auto unbedingt notwendig! Matratzen könnten mal erneuert werden, doch schon etwas durchgelegen! Der Einstieg zum duschen in die Badewanne nichts für ungelenkige und alte Menschen! Leider gibt es in der Nachbarschaft einige Hundeliebhaber, ständiges Gebelle! Wir haben uns aber trotzdem wohl gefühlt!

Séjour très agréable

Logement extrêmement confortable et spacieux d'une propreté remarquable. Très bien équipé. Sa situation sur les hauteurs de Tias en fait un lieu central par rapport à l'ile et permet de bénéficier d'un point de vue magnifique depuis la terrasse de l'appartement. Décor paysager en accord avec le lieu. Piscine chauffée appréciable. Lieu très reposant. Priska la propriétaire est extrêmement disponible et très chaleureuse. Elle nous a très bien conseillé sur les lieux à visiter, les restau sympa dans les environs et a contribué à nous faire passer d'excellentes vacances. Adresse à retenir et à conseiller ! Nous y retournerons...

Het appartement overtrof onze verwachtingen

Het appartement ligt op een prachtige locatie en is veel ruimer dan de foto's doen vermoeden. We werden enthousiast ontvangen op het vliegveld door de eigenaresse die ons naar het appartement bracht. Het ziet er netjes en schoon uit. Veel IKEA spulletjes. Inrichting is goed verzorgd en de bedden slapen prima. Zeker een aanrader! Tip voor iedereen die ook een auto wil huren op het vliegveld: laat dat door de eigenaresse verzorgen of regel het zelf bij een lokale verhuurder. Dat voorkomt dat je lange tijd in de rij staat bij de balie van AVIS of Budgetcar en is zeker niet duurder.

Super Urlaub in Tias bei Frau Priska Studer

Wir durften bei Frau Studer in Tias einen super Urlaub von 14 Tagen verbringen. Das Apartment ist sehr groß, toll eingerichtet mit selbst gemalten Bildern von Frau Studer (Kompliment an Sie). Mat hat einen unvergessenen Blick über Tias und Puerto del Carmen und auf das Meer vor allem Abends wenn die Lichter angehen. Auf der großen Terrasse hat man eine Ruhe die man suchen muss und hier findet. Frau Studer hat alles bestens organisiert von der Abholung vom Flughafen Übernahme des Leihwagens den sie auf Wunsch ebenso besorgt bis zum Transfer zum Apartment. Den Pool hat man praktisch für sich alleine. Auch ist Tias ein super Ausgangspunkt für alle Ausflüge. Lassen sie sich von Frau Studer diesbezüglich beraten, ebenso bei den Restaurants, sie werden es nicht bereuen. Für die täglichen Besorgungen gibt Fr. Studer ihnen ebenfalls die richtigen Adressen. Alles in allem war der Urlaub ein 100% Wohlfühlpaket. Wir haben Frau Studer bereits mit einem Wiederkommen gedroht.

A fantastic getaway location

Located in the hills above Tias, this is a great getaway location. Here you can enjoy the peace and quiet of the island, away from the noisy, partying throngs. This house is very well equipped, and the hostess is very friendly and helpful. We were concerned about the lack of air conditioning, but the house has been very well built and situation to make use of the sea breezes to cool down at night and stay cool all day. This is a wonderful location if you like hiking as the trails pass just 100 meters above the property. Highly recommended!

Glücksgriff

Um es gleich auf den Punkt zu bringen: Mit der Villa la Vega habe ich einen Glücksgriff getan, das war mir schnell klar. Wie gut - denn unser Aufenthalt ist auf 99 Tage angelegt, und er geht erst am 12. April 2015 zu Ende. Allem, was das Inserat und meine Vor-Schreiber sagen, kann ich nur zustimmen, will das also nicht wiederholen. Jedoch hinzufügen: Auch meinem Schäferhundmädchen Alice geht es hier gut. Direkt hinterm Haus erstreckt sich unterhalb der Montaña Blanca ein Gelände, das für Umherstreifen mit meiner vierbeinigen Begleiterin nicht idealer sein könnte. Dort führt ebenfalls eine Etappe der bestens markierten Insel-Wanderroute Nummer 131 vorbei. Ob Berg, Meer oder Städtchen - für all das ist die Lage ein guter Ausgangspunkt. Was meinen Genuss manchmal beeinträchtigt, ist der Wind auf dieser schönen schwarzen Insel! Und da kommen die Anlage des Hauses und die Terrassen ins Spiel. Die sind so genial angelegt, dass man immer geschützt in der Sonne sitzen kann. Ein unschätzbarer Vorteil! An der oft gelobten Betreuung durch die Vermieterin Priska gefällt mir auch, dass sie nichts Geschäftsmäßiges an sich hat, sondern aus einer natürlichen Herzlichkeit heraus kommt. Sie berät gerne, aber drängt sich nicht auf. Mir erfüllte sie auch mal individuelle Wünsche, wenn ihre Zeit es erlaubte, wie Besuch in einem Restaurant oder Geschäft. Besseres kann mir als Einzelfrau mit Hund nicht passieren.

Tolle Unterkunft

Die Villa la Vega ist ein gepflegtes Haus mit 4 großzügigen Wohnungen, einem schönen Garten und einem Parkplatz. Wir haben die bequeme, große Wohnung Nr. 4 mit ausgezeichnetem Blick auf die Küste Tag und Nacht genosssen. Die Betten sind bequem, die Wohnung ist sauber, groß und gut ausgestattet. Auf der Sonnenterasse, die mit Liegen, einem Tisch und Stühlen ausgestattet ist, ist Privatsfähre gegeben. Das Baden in dem beheizten Swimmingpool ist sogar in den Wintermonaten sehr angenehm. Die Wohnung befindet sich in den Bergen, ist aber sehr zentral und man kann in ca. 10 Autominuten die Promenade bzw. den Strand der Playa del Carmen erreichen. Andere Strände und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind innerhalb von höchstens ca. 45 Min. erreichbar. Ein Auto ist erforderlich, aber die Vermieterin übernimmt auf Wunsch sogar die Buchung bei einem sehr guten Autovermieter. Die Schlüsselübegabe mit der netten Vermieterin war unkompliziert. Wir haben uns wohlgefüllt und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Refugium in Traumlage...

Wir hatten phantastische sieben Tage in einer traumhaften Unterkunft, die leider viel zu schnell vergingen. Was Priska hier geschaffen hat, verdient das Prädiikat "Einzigartig". Eine tolle Garten-Anlage, individuell mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Da merkt man allenthalben die unprätentiöse Künstlerhand. Geradezu grandios ist der Ausblick, den man praktisch von Überall auf das Meer genießen kann, denn das Ferienhaus mit seinen 4 FeWos befindet sich ruhig gelegen abseits an einem Hang von Tias. Die Ferienwohnung ist mit allen Dingen ausgestattet, die ein Feriengast sich wünscht. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet, aber nicht überladen. Platz gibt es in Hülle und Fülle. An den Wänden hängen wunderbare Bildwerke der Vermieterin. Sehr angenehm fanden wir, dass uns Priska vom Flughafen abgeholt und auch ein Mietauto organsiert hat. Traumhaft schön

unsere Erwartungen wurden nicht nur erfüllt, sondern übertroffen. Das Appartement war liebevoll eingerichtet, sauber und gepflegt. Wir wurden vom Flughafen abgeholt, bekommen noch tolle Tipps (Restaurants, Sehenswürdigkeiten) und fühlten uns dann einfach nur wohl Der Urlaub war nicht zuletzt wegen dem Appartement ein Traum. Wir können diese Anlage bedingungslos weiterempfehlen

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Ich kann mich den vielen positiven Bewertungen, die bereits abgegeben wurden, absolut anschließen! Wir hatten das Apartment 1, eine tolle Unterkunft mit viel Platz, schönen Zimmern, sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Ausblick von den beiden Terrassen ist traumhaft! Unsere anfänglichen Bedenken, dass es keine Klimaanlage gibt und wir im Juli/August Urlaub machten, wurden sehr schnell zerstreut, denn durch die Hanglage unterhalb des Montana Blanca ging immer Wind und eine Klima-Anlage war absolut nicht notwendig. Der sehr schöne Garten und der Pool wurden mehrfach in der Woche von einem Gärtner gepflegt. Unsere Vermieterin, Frau Studer, hat sich sehr gerne um uns und unsere Anliegen gekümmert: Vermittlung eines wirklich günstigen Mietwagens, Abholen am Flughafen und die Begleitung zum Apartment, Wertvolle Tipps zu Ausflügen, Restaurants etc. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub auf Lanzarote!
