This is an open area studio, there is not a separate bedroom. This 4 acre farm property is bordered on 2 sides by the reservoir. Minutes to vineyards, downtown restaurants, shops and Choate campus. The main house is about 25 feet from the studio. No-cost early check-in and late check-out is available 99% of the time, just ask.
