This newly remodeled mid-century 2bed+Den beach house offers everything your family would want to spend relaxing days at the beach. You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. Just a couple blocks from the beach, restaurants, bars, & parks. You can do everything walking around this gem town that brings a feeling of home outside home. We made this house to bring the most level of comfortability to our family and yours. Brand new Split AC, fans,TV in all rooms, comfortable sheets and pillows, Hotel level mattresses, decorated and completely equipped. 3-5min walk to the beach and 2 min to parks, bars, restaurants and more. Our town offer some resort amenities there are just down the street such as Skate park, Tennis Court, kids playground, basketball court, library and more. BR#2042.

Nice House in a Walkable Area

The house was very nice - updated features and clean. The house is located a few blocks down from the public access entrance to the beach which was very convenient. Also walkable to a few restaurants and cafes for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The only item to note is the daybed with trundle room is located in the master bedroom (have to walk thru the master to get to the other bedroom) but there is a pocket door to separate it.

Spring Break 2023

This house is perfect for a beach getaway! It has everything you need in a house plus spacious showers. The backyard is enclosed and we enjoyed our coffee under the palm trees every morning. The house is located off Gulf Blvd in a quiet neighborhood and it only takes 5 minutes to walk the 12th Street Beach Access.
