You came during one of, if not, the busiest weekends of the year. Parking anywhere along the beaches is very busy. However, there is always spots for our guests, as we inform you in the instructions, if the parking garage is full, the huge overflow lot always has a spot for our guests. Sorry if you missed that information. We apologize about any cleanliness issues as that is certainly not the norm. We do ask upon your arrival to report that and we gladly would have addressed it for you. Unfortunately, we never heard from you so we never got that chance. Glad you enjoyed the views.

The property manager here was one of the best I have dealt with. The few minor issues we had were dealt with quickly. We loved the view and the water park on the property

This condo was a great option for our family of five! The view of the harbor was exceptional with even a dolphin siting one afternoon. The waterpark was a hit for adults and kids alike. Everything within walking distance was a huge bonus. Great place to stay!

The condo had all the necessities and was very clean and comfortable! The resort was a little strict about the wrist bands and be sure to not allow your 15 and younger children to go unattended. They will be questioned and made to have a parent or other adult present at all times.

Comfortable place with perfect Location!

The condo was very comfortable and as advertise. The place was very clean and in a great location. Very nice beach nearby with plenty of restaurants and ideal for families. If you are traveling with kids this area is much better than Clearwater and more cost effective.

Great vacation Condo with attached water park!

The condo was a perfect size, very clean, and close to the beach for access. Another bonus is the condo has a partnership with a waterpark. The condo was very clean and had all the amenities that we needed. We would recommend to family or friends.

Wonderful condo & location

Condo is beautifully decorated & in a wonderful location! Lovely views of the causeway and beach sideโ€ฆ the water park is a great addition! Owner is extremely friendly and accommodating, as she sent us a new beach wagon because the one in the condo had a broken handle. We had a fabulous stay!
