Family friendly, 1200 square foot home that can host you and your family for any of your get away needs. Three bedrooms: one with an ensuite. Large backyard with pollinator friendly flowers. Often butterflies are spotted fluttering through. Fully updated with new flooring and new appliances. The kitchen has granite counter tops throughout. Setup for a movie night or game night.
Close to lots of major attractions; PDX, ilani casino, Hospitals. Amphitheater, and many outdoor activities.
Located 15 mins north of PDX airport. This lovely home sits in a quiet neighborhood that surrounds the local high school. You will often hear the young adults playing sports or the band using the street in front to practice their marches. Inside the home you will find comfy furniture and luxurious linens in each of the bedrooms and bathrooms.
Cook a full meal in the large kitchen with enough room for whole family to cook together. Outside or in, you'll find plenty of seating for everyone. After dinner, go outside to enjoy the manicured back yard and patio.

- The booking must be made by an individual at least 21 years of age.
2. **Check-In and Check-Out**
- Adhere to the check-in and check-out times and procedures as outlined in your booking confirmation.
- A late checkout of one hour past the designated time will incur a $100 fine.
- A late checkout of two hours past the designated time will result in an additional night's charge at the full rate.
- Guests will be responsible for any additional costs incurred due to the disruption of the cleaning schedule or the schedule of the next guest, including the cost of relocating the next guest to a comparable property.
3. **Housekeeping**
- Guests are expected to keep the property in a clean and orderly condition.
- Upon departure, please:
- Remove linens from used beds.
- Dispose of all trash in designated bins.
- Start one load of towels in the washing machine.
4. **Noise and Conduct**
- Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM.
- Parties, events, and gatherings are not permitted.
5. **Parking**
- Guests may use the two parking spots available in the driveway.
- Additional free street parking is available.
- Parking in the garage is not allowed.
6. **Pets**
- Pets are not permitted on the property.
- Violation of the no-pet policy will result in a minimum fine of $500.
7. **Smoking**
- Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises.
- Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a minimum fine of $350.
8. **Safety and Security**
- The use of candles, open flames, and any fires is prohibited.
- The fireplace is for decorative purposes only and should not be used.
- Do not tamper with security systems or safety equipment.
9. **Air Conditioning**
- The air conditioning system is designed to cool the house up to 20 degrees below the outdoor temperature.
- During periods of high heat, keep blinds or shades down and ensure all windows and doors are closed.
10. **Internet**
- The internet must remain on and active at all times. If the internet service is disrupted, the host reserves the right to perform onsite technical support to restore connectivity.
11. **Mail**
- Guests are not permitted to ship or mail anything to the house via USPS. The mailbox is locked, and guests will not have access to it.
12. **Long-Term Stays**
- Guests booking longer than three weeks may experience routine maintenance performed inside and outside of the property.
13. **Security Cameras**
- There are 3 outdoor cameras located on this property: a doorbell camera facing the road and two cameras on the garage facing the road.
- These cameras have continuous voice and video footage but are not actively monitored.
- They allow us to check on the home in emergencies such as inclement weather when the house is not occupied.

- Failure to comply with these rules may result in the termination of your rental agreement.
- In such cases, no refunds will be provided for any unused nights.

- Relocating future impacted guests to a comparable property.

I am a 6th generation Oregonian and love everything that the PNW has to offer. My love for travel and exploration started as a kid camping with my family and has evolved into wanting to explore and experience as many new cultures as I can. I still reside in the PNW and I am raising my three kids, one daughter and identical twin boys, with my wonderful wife Brooke.
Why they chose this property
This was our first home that I shared with my family. Overtime we have outgrown the home as we have added more children to the mix. While we lived here we tastefully updated every area of the house to make it as comfortable as possible. We loved living here as the location was close to everything but still tucked away enough to have a nice quiet neighborhood.
What makes this property unique
Spacious layout ready for you to visit. The house come complete with a fully equipped chefs kitchen. You'll find everything that you need in the kitchen to prepare a full meal. with granite countertops and tile backsplash from counter to ceiling you don't have to worry if your marinara sauce gets a bit out of hand. Both bathrooms have a spa feel featuring custom tile surrounds in each bathroom. There is plenty of space in the backyard to enjoy an evening meal or spread out a blanket in the grass to enjoy some sun and cloud watching.
